Gracie has been working here for eight years! She first started as a kitchen assistant and then moved to café and bar work, now recently promoted to supervisor for our food and beverage department.
Gracie says she loves interacting with customers and has formed some great friendships over the years!
A fun fact about Gracie is that she has recently gained a management degree!
