Villa Garuti

We booked an apartment and were shocked by what we received. After being required to pay before even seeing the flat, we ended up in a small, dark, and humid unit, far below expectations. While we knew from the online pictures that it wouldn’t be a luxury apartment, the condition was simply unacceptable. Despite several conversations with the receptionist (who was at least friendly and understanding), we weren’t able to get even a partial refund. She even acknowledged the poor state of the apartment. In the end, we only managed to switch to a different room by paying a significant additional fee. It’s hard to believe the villa offers these apartments at all, especially at this price. I’m still quite disappointed with how everything went and strongly urge anyone not to stay at this villa, but instead to look into the alternatives right next door.

Just steps from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda (10 meters, to be exact!), our cozy apartment 17 was the perfect retreat. This hidden gem may be unassuming, but it has everything you need for a rejuvenating escape. Imagine waking up to the gentle lapping of waves and breathtaking lake views – pure bliss! If tranquility and stunning scenery are what you crave, look no further. This affordable haven is an absolute steal, and we can't wait to return.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy. Very clean, excellent location, fantastic staff and the best breakfast you could ask for. Highly recommend staying here

Wonderful apartment inside of the little tower on the hill. Downside is the apartment above. It is VERY loud when somebody is walking above. The last night we where there, somebody arrived around midnight (With luggage). Couldnt sleep until around 02:00 in the morning. (Fun, when you have around 12 hours of driving ahead) Sad part was: The guy from the reception, who introduced the late guests, was talking the loudest :D. Could hear every word. Other than that, our stay was very good and we will be back. (But in a different apartment). The kids enjoyed every second. (For the future: Please upgrade the handrails to the tower apartments. Its very dangerous for little children. There is NO safety for them.)

Lovely and warm. Went in August. Not to crowded. Lots of small jumping spiders but they aren't really a problem. Not convenient for walking to restaurants but easy it driving.
