Update: re-reading my review after hotels reply I realized that I might have been a little harsch, as I was writing it mostly affected by the incident with bathroom lights described below. So I will add some more on what was actually good and update the rating. The points mentioned as negatives are mostly unchanged and need some attention. Poor service and some promises are not delivered. The hotel claims it is 4 star and 24 reception. Well, I have something to say to that but let’s start from the beginning. From the advantages: spacious room, soft bathrobe and nice bar, good spa area. The barman did everything he could. Our cocktails were delicious, advice was on point and service was excellent. We also enjoyed private beach area, but not without questions. - Spa seems to be new, especially saunas. Salt sauna and soft Finnish sauna are amazing. Also all the areas were very clean and modernized (except the beach mentioned below) - Very high quality nice and friendly massage. Kudos to our masseuse. - Overall pleasant area, fresh air, big territory and atmosphere offer a good relaxation opportunities and it is totally possible to have a good rest. - Breakfast very good, rich and varied Now to downsides: 1. 24 hour reception, advertised in maps and on booking, is not existing: at 22.30 on Saturday 28.06 the light on the bathroom in our room went off and never appeared again, the switch was not working. We called reception several times. No one answered and I do not think as a guest I should necessarily go down and talk in person. I am entitled to 24h reception. Including internal phone number which hotel provides in its booklet. I am pretty sure room price includes charge for that. We ended up using bathroom having to light the room with our phones. 2. We have bought a package, which had already included massage and half board menu. On arrival, no one remembered about our half board. And I also had to request massage appointment myself. I believe, if I book a package, then hotel should take the hard part of making appointments on itself and contact me in advance. Worst case, I should be able to book on arrival on the reception. In reality, one has to call to all the suppliers separately after arrival: to restaurant, to spa and so on. I would expect 4 start hotel to handle those for me and also contact me themselve in advance. Especially if I pay for all the stuffy. This was just bad. Also, even though we had a package with massages booked, no one contacted us to ask for desired timeslot. I contacted myself and it took them almost 48h to reply. 3. massage service is nice. But we were not massage together with my partner but one by one. Also, by some reason no assistance in booking a service was provided. Even though we prebpoked. 4. dinner is poor. Vey poor choice, small portions and no selection. Staff was lovely on Friday and non existent on Satirday. And portions are very small and would keep you hungry. For example, on Friday night we received as a main half of the chicken breast with small vegetable side. This portion would be appropriate for the 4-5 course dinner. Flavors are average, like quite bland homecooking. Definitely hotel saves lots of money on dinners. Not worth it, book the Italian place nearby. 5 BEACH AREA was covered with dog poo! All of it. Yeas you can enjoy sun, but beware of the steps you take, poo every meter. No service, no cleaning . 6. lunch snack selection is a joke, very limited no real food only deep frozen stuff, and ice cream. Overall, while we enjoyed spa area and bar, I think hotel is not complying to its promises. It should find replacement staff for sickness events. Reception should be 24 hours as advertised or price should be lowered did not. Bar should open earlier and for the restaurant the should be proper replacement people, and not asking barmen to cover for half of his shift. Also, beach should be cleaned regularly. Overall hotel is not corresponding it’s advertised stars. Service seems to be getting down. Seems to be common problem around. Very sad.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Awesome shower and pool, nice bit of private beach and great breakfast. Only downside no f&b offering between breakfast and dinner.

Amazing food, great rooms, excellent water pressure, beautifully relaxing spa, super staff! Only wish is that the outdoor premises were more walkable instead having to walk all the way around both waterside and landside to get anywhere including the parking lots

I was surprised on my birthday with a sweet present from the staff

Very nice location. Breakfast is excellent, food compared to similar locations very good. Staff is sometimes a bit rude, the German way.
