Near ski BUT rude staff and old dirty wood bed with almost no nice sheets or duvet - zero atmosphere and very quite boring and a waste of a holiday - don’t go here

We just finished our first ski holiday and it was a great experience! The hotel is on the expensive side, but I would say it is worth it. It's nice to have access to everything that you need: pool, sauna, spa, indoor playground (and outdoor in the summer), kindergarden (if needed). The service was great, the food amazing, the room large and in good shape. Our boy enjoyed everything and so did we!

Sorry to say it but we didn't feel well here. An expensive hotel with a completely inadequate level of service. The crowd of guests and therefore little individual approach to the client. We were crammed into a small room for supper and it was difficult to feel safe here in the times of epidemics. Rude gentleman in a Tyrolean outfit letting us in for dinner. The room was cramped due to the nonsensical arrangement of the furniture and you had to be careful not to hit your head against the wall when you got out of the bed. The pillows were very hard. No cosmetics or other standard 4-star hotel accessories in the bathroom. Shower door was leaking and you had to wipe the floor after showering. There is an unpleasant manure smell in the room, especially at night.

Great hotel! Everything super neat and tidy! Also well equipped for the children. And Esther makes everyone instantly happy! Highly recommended!

Nice place to plan a ski trip. you have locker services in the ski place and you could pay directly at the hotel. Possibility to have breakfast, snack and dinner at hotel.
