Hotel is good with full access to SPA but slippers included are not appropriate at all for wet floors there so them being left behind, you discover you can't even go to bar without slippers and have to walk all the way back to hotel.

We booked a room on the hotel website six months in advance. The hotel staff responded to all clarifying questions by email on time and provided full information. The room rate includes access to the thermal pools. We ordered half board with dinners and breakfasts. Very pleasant and attentive service in the hotel restaurant. The food is tasty and varied. The rooms are clean. It is cleaned well and regularly. Pool towels, robes and slippers are provided. I would be happy to recommend a holiday in this hotel to those who crave relaxation! I returned to the hotel a year later and was not disappointed. The service has improved even more! Thanks to the hotel staff for their dedication to providing a comfortable stay! This time, I had time to enjoy the park area near the hotel and the natural beauty of the autumn forest—photo under the comment.

We stayed in the apartment, right next to the entrance for the thermal. The apartment is amazing, air condition was great, large balcony, very comparable mattresses. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely great, specialty the fillet beef and the salmon. Service is great, there is a kids playroom .with instructor from morning to evening I loved the stay, loved the staff and the service.

Why say you have Air Conditioning if you do not! Sorry to be one of those but I like cold air, SPECIALLY in the freaking summer. This hotel does NOT have air conditioning. What is has is a fan, that's it. Dinner is EXPENSIVE. Water cost more than a beer. Room size is OK, but cleaning not great. Stains on bed sheets. From the room you can see the shower so unless you are a hot couple, why would any one want to see me take a shower. Rooms are not for families with kids. The Pools Terme are great. I would come to the terme pools and skip this hotel D

We stayed in the king suite: really lovely! The price was totally worth it: access to the thermal area, spa and fitness area. Loved the spa above all. The pool was crowded as expected from the high season, but we found the sauna and the hammam unexpectedly empty, which was great of course. The restaurant and the breakfast was completely average for a 4 star hotel and the staff was nice and polite. The lady at the check in was particularly courteous and kind. Extremely recommended for a relaxing break from the daily routine, with or without kids.
