The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort is a masterpiece of luxury. The Mediterranean-inspired architecture and the direct access to the most beautiful turquoise beach in Abu Dhabi make it a dream destination. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality and the serene atmosphere. Whether you are dining at one of their signature restaurants or enjoying the sunset by the pool, the experience is world-class. A true gem on Saadiyat Island! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently hosted an event at Sophia at The St. Regis Dubai and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the outset, the manager Govin supported us through every aspect of planning, from selecting the drinks and canapés to overseeing the finer operational details on the night. He was always available on WhatsApp or email, consistently responsive and incredibly helpful. Every single request we made was accommodated and in many cases exceeded. His recommendations were excellent and made the whole process seamless. On the evening itself, the food was exceptional and the service was faultless. The team’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The bartenders custom made cocktails specifically for our menu, one of the team kindly helped me with my baggage at the end of the night, and during the speeches the hostess remained at the entrance to welcome last minute guests so I could focus on coordinating the programme. That level of care made a real difference. Govin clearly runs an impressive operation. We would absolutely host another event here and will certainly be returning for dinner. A fantastic experience at The St. Regis Dubai from start to finish.

Without question one of the best properties in the UAE. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was incredible. The rooms are exceptional, facilities are fantastic and above all the service was exquisite. Highlights definitely beach and the amazing breakfast. Only area I could possibly call out was the pool is reasonably small compared to the size of the hotel and as we were there in winter was a little bit cold. Minor niggles and overall we LOVED our stay. Definitely a must stay!

Rooms are very comfy and in line with st Regis brand. We stayed here the weekend of the Dave Chappelle show in Abu Dhabi. There are many hotel options and we chose this one because they have an indoor pool - supposedly. Nothing was mentioned at time of booking, but when we arrived for check in were told the pool was under maintenance and could not be used. This was a huge disappointment since it's much too hot in Abu Dhabi in June to do anything outdoors and is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Front desk staff were not really kind of empathetic when we shared this feedback and were just dismissive, the attitude of staff seems to fall short of the supposed luxury brand of st Regis hotels. Also when we arrived for check in it was already past usual check in time and we were told our room was not ready because the hotel was busy those days. You would think an established hotel such as this would be able to account for times when they are more busy to not delay check in? It's not as if it's overbooked, it's maybe close to their capacity but within capacity still which should be managed. They did offer us complimentary drinks in the lounge in the lobby but we still had to pay for snacks ordered at the lounge during the same sitting which was a bit tacky- if you're going to offer something complimentary to make up for a shortcoming, make sure the experience is actually complimentary. Also we simply ordered some bar snacks to go with our drinks, not like we tried to order caviar or something extravagant. And plus the fact that we were only forced to wait there because our room was not ready at the time it should have been. Overall I thought the rooms were really comfy but the whole experience has a few glitches which were not what you'd expect for a hotel of this calibre and price.

Right from the start: the hotel is at the upper end of the price range, both in terms of accommodation and food and beverages. What truly defines the quality of the property, as is so often the case, are the people who work there. The service is—there’s no other way to put it—outstanding. Reception, butlers, pool and beach service, restaurant service (especially at Sophia), and breakfast service are simply top-notch. The staff are friendly, helpful, and warm. Compliments also go to the management; staff training clearly has a very high priority. The hotel is suitable for both adults and families with young children, as there are designated areas for adults and for families at both the pool and the beach. The pool is heated in January, which is very pleasant. We would be happy to return.
