Lovely hotel, staff are exceptional! Service is 5 star. Attended the Serenity Spa Sharon’s standard of treatment was excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect location with only a 10 minute walk to Tralee town centre. The room was clean and spacious. The spa facilities and Swedish full body massage were great.

Had the pleasure of dining in Dots bar yesterday after a medical appointment in Tralee. Our waitress was Ciara, such a professional, friendly, attentive & hard working waitress. The menu is large with great choices for everyone - we both had the specials, Roast turkey & beer battered hake followed by Christmas pudding & apple pie. Both meals were polished off & thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend Dots Bar for lunch / dinner .

We utilized one of the private rooms for filming interviews. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. We extended our stay overnight, and overall, the service was excellent. The rooms were remarkably spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was highly satisfactory.

Visited for Sunday lunch with my Mother, who was celebrating her birthday, and we could not have been more delighted with the whole experience. We were masterfully guided by Peter in our menu choices and he and the team displayed a level of hospitality that truly touched us. The food was flavourful and fresh and beautifully presented and made for a memorable occasion for my Mother. Our sincere thanks to all the staff and owners for this wonderful time
