The Manor House at Fancourt

We had a superb anniversary stay at the Manor House. Thank you so much for the thoughtful upgrade - it made our expereince extra special. The room was stunning, with beautiful decor and sublime attention to detail. The concierge team were attentive, warm and always willing to help. We especially loved the Roman baths amongst the many amenities onsite. From all our travels, this has been our best stay yet. Thank you once again.

Absolutely blown away by our weekend stay at The Manor House! The stunning views, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience. The attention to detail was impressive, from the plush bedding to the delicious breakfast spread. We felt like royalty! Can't wait to come back and do it all again. 5 stars isn't enough - would give it 10 if I could! A special thank you to Poloko & Zain, what an asset these gentleman are! Lulu/Lulama & Michelle, you outdid yourselves with the surprises, top tier! Not forgetting duty management, Patience & Bianca that were working behind the scenes that weekend, we're beyond grateful ladies! Not forgetting La Cantina's assistant manager (Mrs Vuyokazi Mhobo) and her team... WOW! The congratulatory song & drinks, what a way to end our wonderful weekend! One of 2 hotels which are members of leading hotels which was primarily reason for choice. Afternoon tea is very good every day and there are a number of restaurants on site to choose from. Room service is professionally done. Big down fall is lack of plug sockets and USB ports but believe this will be considered at next room upgrade. Breakfast is an extensive selection but would advise taking early or late as can get congested

You will not find an escape with better service, beauty, peace and phenomenal enjoyment. Everything is just magical, from the rooms and facilities to the food, golf courses and gardens. The staff are incredible and remember each and every guests name. Thank you Bianca at the Monor House, Earl & Gugu at High Tea, Joyce at the delicious breakfast and the whole Fancourt team for always going above and beyond! We will be back in a few weeks.

The Manor House excels at personalized attention. Service was exemplary, food at Henry Whites was very good and the golf was a wonderful experience. By far the most luxurious experience we have ever had. Jayne and her team are awesome!
