The Gleneagles Hotel

My recent stay at Gleneagles was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to Dillon in Guest Relations. He went above and beyond in the most genuine, heartfelt way, helping my boyfriend plan the perfect proposal. The level of care, warmth, and attention to detail he put into making such a special moment unforgettable is something I will cherish forever. Dillon’s kindness is unmatched - he made us feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely celebrated from the moment we arrived. His professionalism is extraordinary, but what truly stands out is how sincere and thoughtful he is. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who leaves such a lasting impression, and Dillon absolutely did. I’m so grateful for everything he did for us, and I’m thrilled that I had the chance to meet him. Gleneagles is exceptional on its own, but Dillon made our experience truly once-in-a-lifetime. We will absolutely be returning, and knowing he’s there makes it feel like home. If you’re visiting Gleneagles, you will be incredibly lucky to be looked after by Dillon. He is a true credit to the hotel and the reason our stay was so unforgettable.

I went with my high ranking business associate Mr Mertini Porsche and it was heaven on Earth. Great bar and classy people. I didn't even have to leave the hotel to do things like socialise. Level 7 experience. 👌

An outstanding hotel, that is worth every penny. The rooms are amazing, the restaurants outstanding, the bars impecible. The only real point for improvement is that the check in creates a poor first impression - if you arrive at a busy time you will have to wait to check in. It took a solid 20 minutes to check in to the hotel upon arrival, nobody helped us with our bags from the car and nobody showed us to our room. We were also not informed upon check in that the American bar was not open for two nights of our stay but luckily went the first night when it was open, as the american bar should not be missed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a place! This hotel is absolutely stunning — no wonder they say it’s the best hotel in Scotland. The Gleneagles had been on my list for so long, and we finally managed to book their famous Sunday brunch. It definitely didn’t disappoint! There was such a wide variety of delicious dishes — everything was high quality and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and everyone was so kind and polite. Unfortunately, there’s just not enough room to try everything 😄 I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to come back again!
