Very friendly and professional contact prior to our stay. Sandy in particular was extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. The service in advance was really pleasant—I already feel like I'm in good hands.

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were spacious with gorgeous views. The staff was attentive and provided exceptional customer service. From the initial greeting, welcome drink and registration was done in a smooth and relaxed manner. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to the Waterfront for a variety of dinner options. The full breakfast was delicious and well served. The bonus was the boat ride around the bay in the morning.

Very disappointed with this hotel are reading the reviews. It is not five star and is badly in need of refurbishing. While freshly painted the decor is dated and the main lounge area gives off nursing home vibes . The pool in the Courtyard area is neglected and unappealing. Our bedroom /suite , while spacious, needed a redesign and a makeover. No atmosphere and we didn’t meet any other guests at breakfast or in the limited bar . On a positive the view and gardens are lovely and the staff helpful and pleasant.

We had a lovely stay with a beautiful view and a complimentary boat ride that was incredibly relaxing. Sandy, who heads the hotel, was superb and always helpful, greeting us with a smile. Elijah provided brilliant service, always eager to assist, and Unnati welcomed us warmly. While the food options were limited, the staff made an effort to cook something decent for us. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

St James was an incredible experience, the rooms beautiful, spacious and world class, especially the lagoon facing ones. You get to watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, such a serene and peaceful environment. The complementary boat ride is a must that comes with a fully stocked picnic basket. The staff is efficient and professional. I simply loved my stay there. I would highly recommend it.
