Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna

We planned to spend a day here with our one year old as they have heated pool (we called before to confirm). The pool area is very 90’s style. It all has very “package holiday” vibe to it, not really what we would expect from Sheraton… The pool is heated, but very mildly, surrounded by plastic sun beds, there are only cold showers outside and there is loud music playing loudly (with poor quality sound and adds from Spotify). If you are millennial looking to spend nice day by the pool on colder days, I would recommend to rather go to THE CHEDI, where you also have kids friendly heated pool (much warmer) and it has much more premium feel to it (modern, warm showers, nice cabana’s, nice beach bar etc.)

My stay at this hotel was excellent. All the staff were very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly, starting from the reception team all the way to the waiters. Everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I spent five really wonderful days at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

This was by far, the best hotel experience I ever had, and I've reserved plenty of 5 star hotels before. Huge thanks to Mohamed Amer, Mohamed Saied, and Abdelhalim Maghawri for their STELLAR service and their helpfulness with a very difficult situation we were dealing with, making sure the hotel went above and beyond with their provided customer service despite the issue not being the hotels fault in the slightest. I could not be more thankful for them and the hotel staff, whom greeted us daily with warm smiles followed by the best hotel service my family, my now fiancé, and my self have ever experienced. Chapeau to the hotel team and to Sheraton Miramar El Gouna for providing us with such a memorable stay and experience. I haven't stopped speaking about the excellent service and stay to anyone looking to book a hotel in El Gouna. Without hesitation, I will book the Sheraton Miramar again upon my visits in El Gouna. Second time at the Sheraton and another great holiday. All the staff are very friendly and helpfull, special thanks to the guys at the beach bar and gym where i spent most of my time. Food in the main buffet is okay but italian is very nice, 2 visits per 10 day stay or walk into the port where the food is excellent and at a reasonable cost. My brother had a birthday which they decorated the room with celibrations and cake which was an extra unexpected touch. The weather is just perfect for me 25 degrees on average perfect winter sun, five stars

🌟 Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna: A Perfect Honeymoon Choice! My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Miramar Resort in El Gouna for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect choice! We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to any couple, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon. The whole concept and architecture of the hotel is truly beautiful and unique. The design, inspired by islands and lagoons, is stunning and creates an incredibly relaxing and romantic atmosphere. It felt like a true escape. The breakfast was wonderful (The breakfast was delicious). There was a great variety of fresh food, and it was the perfect start to our day every morning. While the overall hotel concept is traditional and beautiful, the room design and decor offered a refreshing contrast. The interior of the room had a different and distinct feel, which was a nice surprise. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the balcony (or terrace). It was simply stunning and provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the resort's incredible views.
