Room is big, good price

We chose this place because of it's proximity to downtown San Kampaeng, just minutes away by scooter or car, and we definitely plan to return for future visits. It was a very pleasant 5 night stay. The place is fantastic! Newly built, with quality materials, the accommodations are quite clean and comfortable. There are also outdoor seating areas and ample parking. Truly an incredible value for the money. The location is a fair distance from town, but conveniently located on a main road which leads directly into old city.... roughly 15 km. A boutique coffee shop, restaurant and clothing shop are literally within steps as well. The only negative was that in those 5 days the room was not serviced in any way, but for 650 baht nightly that is easily overlooked.

Host was friendly and helpful. Executive room was large, clean and modern. Just what we wanted as we made our way back to Chiang Mai.
