For this reason, it is not recommended if you are traveling alone or as a couple and do not speak or understand German. All the shows and music stages were in german which doesn’t make any sense for non german culture clients. Room Comfort One additional drawback was that the air conditioning in the room did not work outside the summer season. Despite this, the room temperature remained quite warm (around 24–25°C), which made it difficult for me to sleep. I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel and can recommend it without hesitation. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable – the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The gastronomy is outstanding, by far the best I’ve experienced in Hurghada and Makadi. Every day there is a wide variety of fresh dishes: perfectly prepared meat and fish, creative vegetarian and vegan options, and delicious desserts. The taste, quality, and presentation are excellent, and the service team is extremely attentive and friendly. The staff truly makes the difference – both the Robins and the Egyptian team are incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready for a friendly chat. You feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. The entertainment program is also top class, with professional evening shows in the theater and plenty of daytime activities, never pushy, always fun. The beach is a highlight: crystal-clear water, pleasant temperatures, a beautiful house reef with colorful corals and fish, and breathtaking sunsets behind the mountains – simply paradise. I also joined the day trip to Luxor, organized by the hotel, and it was perfect: a small group of just six people, excellent guiding, and a great mix of culture and history. We left after breakfast and were back in time for dinner – an unforgettable experience.
