We had an amazing week at your hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a light meal in the middle of the night, which was a lovely touch. Check-in was quick, and the transfer to our room was smooth. The hotel has a relaxing, chill-out vibe. Our standard room in the Casablanca building was spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel is quite large, so there’s a lot of walking involved, but we didn’t mind—it meant there was always something new to discover. The food was absolutely amazing! Buffet breakfasts offered a wide range of sweet and savoury options. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a bit more basic, but still featured multiple grills, salads, soups, and pizzas. The cherry on top was the beautiful beachside setting of the tables. Dinner was a whole different experience—the variety and quality were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the themed dishes, gourmet plate selections, and the state-of-the-art desserts. The beach was clean, though we felt a few more loungers would be helpful. The swimming pool area (with two and a half outdoor pools) had plenty of loungers and beds. For indoor swimming, there’s a pool located in the spa building. We also visited the spa for treatments—I had a divine full-body massage with argan oil (50 minutes of pure pleasure and relaxation), and my partner enjoyed a hammam session. We felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most of the guests were from Germany, and the staff primarily spoke German, but we had no issues communicating in English.

Me, my wife, and my daughter just came back today from our holidays spent in this amazing resort. Whatever I'm going to write is not enough to describe how good this resort is. From the beginning, we felt the luxury and the care for details. The decor is amazing, the cleanliness spot on; there isn't a single corner of this resort that isn't looked after. Staff [are] absolutely amazing, polite, always smiling and happy to help you. Food...what can I say... it was very high standards even if it was buffet style. We never had such good quality in an all-inclusive hotel; from the breakfast to the lunch, there was always plenty of choices. The dinner time was just like a dream... beautiful setting, tasty food, well presented, and surrounded by an amazing view of Morocco's sunset. We also highly recommend trying the special evenings. We tried the surf and turf night, and that was like a dream. The food was just out of this world... the atmosphere with the sea view, the table decorations, and perfect service from the staff made our wedding anniversary night just like a dream. We also celebrated my birthday, and the staff made me feel special. The entertainment team deserves a big shout too... they are like the best dancers and singers of Broadway... absolutely amazing entertainment. And in the end, a big shout to the kids' club team, which made our daughter feel very comfortable and happy to go there and play with the staff and other children. I really don't understand some bad reviews from other guests... there is not a single thing wrong in this resort. Thank you very much, Robinson Agadir... You made our holiday unforgettable!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed in Robinson as part of a broader stay in Morocco. We were looking for a coastal all inclusive resort and it met all the requirements. The hotel is located on the very end of the resort area on a more secluded area of beach, which was nice to enjoy away from the more crowded areas closer to town. The rooms are modern, well kept, with good AC. Housekeeping kept everything clean, especially given you bring a lot of sand back from the beach. The service was in general good, although many of the service team are hospitality students. The vibe is not as laid back as I would have liked, but this is likely German culture as we traveled during peak summer holiday time. People reserved beach and pool chairs by 8AM and lined up for dinner to get the best outdoor terrace spots. In that sense, you had to play this game to get the most out of the holiday. The pool deck is massive, yet the staff cannot bring out more pool loungers when are all are filled (which happened by 9AM most days). The best way to solve this is to double the number of pool chairs during peak occupancy, but Robinson does not do this. The biggest area that lacked was the food and restaurant experience. If you were late for lunch or dinner, there were few tables left and dirty tables were slow to be cleaned. They often ran out of glassware and silverware and seemed annoyed when we asked them for some. They also ran out food in the last 30 minutes of service for some items. Cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas could be improved. There is also way too many shared touch objects in the buffet and nobody cleaning or changing them. For instance, cakes required guests to portion their own, leaving a shared dinner knife on the cake plate. Other resorts portion out everything on plates for you, avoiding this kind of contamination. Spa was very average. I was not offered a locker room to change or a robe. Everything occurred in the therapy room and there was a sense of urgency to leave because there was no locker room, common areas to relax, or locker room showers. The massage itself was very average and not memorable. Overall it was a decent stay, but I doubt we’ll stay at a Robinson again.

We had a terrible experience 10 day experience at Robinson Agadir. The rooms are basic. Firstly the food, given the it’s all inclusive, the food is horrible, the fish meat and chicken was always flavourless and undercooked or full of bones to the point that you don’t want to eat it. All the food is low quality. They don’t serve bottled water at your tables, you have to ask and they give you a jug of filtered water. Juices for lunch and dinner are from the carton, not fresh. The hotel is big, and rooms are often far away from the reception / entrance. While there are shuttles at the hotel, they aren’t around. There are limited parking spaces outside each building, but not enough for how many rooms there are. Which makes going back and forth bothersome when exploring the hotel. The hotel is also old and needs renovation. For the amount they charge per night, there are so many better options and even if you buy lunch and dinner outside each night it won’t arrive to price charged at Robinson and you’d have significantly nicer food. Yes there are football, shows and other sporting things at the hotel, but I don’t think these in themselves matter if the basic room, food and parking standards aren’t met. I suspect there are significant discounts and promotions for people of specific nationalities which is explains the hotel was full when we went.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robinson despite being more of a German hotel. The room was really spacious, the service and facilities are great. Special high five to Ayoub and Zakaria of the animation team! They brought a special touch to my time spent there, really nice guys and really good at dancing and bringing joy around them. I would recommend even for a solo woman.
