Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Our experience at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island was simply unforgettable. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and world-class hospitality in every detail. The private beach is breathtaking — turquoise water, soft white sand, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The food exceeded our expectations. The variety in the buffet and à la carte restaurants was impressive, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape in Abu Dhabi, this is the place to be.

We had an amazing family vacation at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. The kids absolutely loved the Rixy Kids Club, and there were so many activities to keep them entertained throughout the day. The pools are fantastic, and the beach is safe and clean. The all-inclusive concept made everything so easy and stress-free. Great food options for both adults and kids, and the service was always quick and friendly. It’s truly a perfect destination for families looking for both fun and relaxation.

Dear Guest Relations Team, Thank you for your attention in following up on my review and for your interest in understanding the reasons behind it. I would like to clarify that my rating was mainly due to the room cleanliness not being at the expected standard. In addition, the strong smell of chlorine was very noticeable and caused irritation, and the odor entered the room repeatedly. I also felt that the air from the air-conditioning unit might contain dust or mites, which caused discomfort and some health-related irritation. Furthermore, I noticed the presence of some insects in the room. Room service was also very slow and delayed. On one occasion, I ordered dinner to the room, and the delivery took more than an hour and fifteen minutes; eventually, I had to cancel the order. Despite these concerns, the hotel itself is beautiful in terms of design and location. The area feels safe, the atmosphere is generally pleasant, and it is suitable for families. The guests and the overall level of security were good, and the location is excellent. However, there are some points that I hope will be improved in the future. I am sharing this feedback with the intention of helping enhance the overall guest experience.

*Review of the Orient restaurant* Enjoyed a meal at the Orient as part of our all inclusive stay at Rixos Saadiyat Island. The first a la carte meal of our stay and it was excellent. Beautiful lighting sets the atmosphere, wonderful service and good wine complimented the meal. I ate the rocket salad to start, delicious heritage tomatoes with balsamic glaze. Followed by medium rare lamb which was *chefs kiss* perfect. Lovely service from the very attentive Supriya. Delightful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our 2nd visit to Rixos Saadiyat, first was November 2024. We really enjoyed our first stay so much that we came back. Was really nice that some of the staff recognised us and the service was excellent from all throughout our stay. Some nice upgrades to the loungers at the pool and the cooler boxes are a great idea. Nice addition to the DJ set up at the beach bar with the mirrored setting. The vibe created at the beach bar is amazing getting really chilled for sunset; however the music set could be changed daily as it gets repetitive, sounds more like a preset playlist rather than a proper DJ set. Evening entertainment is in a great setting in the outdoor area, well organised and the vibe is very chilled, however the bands playing this year were all virtually identical with all playing the same songs, it began to get repetitive. Buffet provided ample choice and had something for everyone. We dined at Aja, Orient, Mermaid and L'Olivio and all were excellent, food was delicious and really good choice on the menus. Staff service at all was first class. Highlights pool bar was excellent, thanks to all the guys who knew exactly what we were drinking and kept us topped up all day, special mention to KB for introducing us to a particular rum cocktail. Bar lounge was excellent with a great selection of drinks and great staff constantly on the go ensuring we were taken care of. Overall great stay, we highly recommend 👌
