Ritzenhof – Hotel und Spa am See

We had such a memorable year-end stay at Hotel Ritzenhoff and we’re truly so grateful for the experience. It was our first time visiting and the warmth we felt the moment we stepped in really made us feel welcomed and cared for. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful, cosy & quiet, perfect for resting after a long day out. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the big ski area, which was super convenient & made our trip so much easier. We absolutely loved all the meals, from breakfast to tea time and dinner. You can really feel the effort, thoughtfulness & heart that goes into everything they prepare. The team always took the time to explain the dishes to us and checked in at every meal to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, which added such a personal touch. As tourists/ foreigners, we really appreciated that all the hotel staff could speak English very well. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay, and they were always patient, friendly and helpful when explaining things to us. It made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. What truly stood out was the kindness of the owner. On our last day, she even personally sent us to the bus station, which was incredibly sweet and something we’ll always remember. Overall, it was a beautiful, heartfelt experience and we left with such warm memories. We would definitely recommend staying here, it’s welcoming, comfortable, and filled with genuine hospitality. 💛

We had a delightful stay at the beautiful Ritzenhof Hotel. Although our visit started with a minor hiccup regarding the initial room assignment, the attentive staff promptly resolved the issue by moving us to a stunning room with a lovely view of the lake in the second building, "Haus am See." From that moment onward, everything was flawless. We thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional spa facilities, relaxing by the lake, the incredible hospitality of the staff, and the delicious meals served throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel and spa! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the room was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a picturesque location.

We had a great stay at the Ritzenhof. It was a beautiful hotel. The service and food was outstanding. And it was close to many ski areas. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it and would enjoy staying there again.
