Rio Real Golf & Hotel Marbella

The golf course was in good condition. The staff was friendly and efficient. The playing was very slow. Water fountains on the course would be welcome.

What we really like about this hotel is the location and the view over the golf course. Also, when we go there for drinks the staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Overall we would recommend this hotel, even though in certain areas it could use a little upgrade.

I’ve been visiting here for last last 15 years. The staff are the best friendly and polite It’s beautiful place. Breakfast overlooking the golf course is amazing. And evening drinks in front of the lovely fire is excellent.

absolutely avarage. Over priced. Played one year ago and paid around 120. Today around 200. I know the hotel have been renovated etc but not the course. Asked in the pro shop before the round about the shape. Got the answer that it was amazing, best in the area, one of the best in spain. I have played most courses in the area. He might thougt I was i first time tourist or so,. Can easily rate 20 courses on the course thar are better. It's not a bad course but for the price the value is terrible. Avarage shape, greens are fast but bumpy. Pin at no 10 was put in a slope where the ball couldnt stop. "best in the area", if you know what you are doing youre not butting a pin in such spot.

This place is a touch of class. The course and conditions are one of the best around the the service in the bar after was great! we were unlucky with the early tee off not to enjoy the Tapas bar which should open earlier for early tee offs. The club shop it just okay as well. However the course and the facilities are up their with the best I have seen. bravo.
