Beautiful hotel, large rooms, nice English speaking staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden/park, close to Perugia, excellent parking. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, the bar only opens in the evening and no lunch possibilities. The road to the hotel is bumpy.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Such a beautiful setting in the nature of Umbria. Restaurant served delicious food. Antonio was our waiter, he gave excellent suggestions and served us well. The 2016 Montefalco Sagrantino La Carraia wine he reccomended was exquisite! Grazie Antonio! 🍷

I went there with my family (including 2 young kids) and we were impressed by this romantic historical venue that sits in a lush green park smelling of lavander. The grounds included plenty of amenitis (2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis and volleyball court). Indoor, we were pleased to find a pool table, a piano and a large display of a french painter paintings. The place even host a small church.

Room: Minibar didn't cool much. AC neither. View out of room was mostly the side of a tree, expected better view on gardens. Didn't receive welcome drink. Al facilities are in the room, good housekeeping. Restaurant: Very good! When there are not many guests halfboard is 'à la carte' which is way better than the buffet. Note: make sure there is enough soda chilled in the fridge. On multiple occasions the staff had to apologise for serving non-cold coke. The drinks are pricey so those are painful errors. Staff: Super friendly and professional. Good experiences with them! All in all: good hotel, beautiful, good location to visit the surrounding cities. Some points to take into account, but OK.

Although the hotel is in a remote location it is a splendid to stay in. they gave us a twin bed room by mistake and when we asked to switch they automatically upgraded our room. the room on the first floor was extremely big, very clean & had a window facing a beautiful garden. we had dinner in the hotel (as there is nothing else in a walking distance) which was good and the breakfast the next day was even better. very polite & helpful staff. all in all we had a great stay.
