Brilliant location. Walk onto the piste. Staff, particularly, Alex the manager, went out of his way to welcome our party and ensure we had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent. Spa area was clean and very relaxing after skiing. Great hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Rechenmachers Rosengarten. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites. The wellness area with pool and sauna was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosengarten with our kids! The service was outstanding – special thanks to Alexander for his warm and welcoming assistance, and to the breakfast staff for their friendly and attentive service every morning. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything about the hotel made us feel relaxed and well cared for – we would definitely love to come back!

Deeply Disappointed by the Lack of Compassion at Rosengarten Hotel! My husband and I booked a non-refundable room at Rosengarten Hotel, looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, shortly before check-in, I suffered a severe ankle sprain and had to be taken to the hospital. While in the emergency room, we asked a nurse to call the hotel to explain the situation and inform them we’d be arriving late. The hotel's response? They simply stated that no one would be at reception at that hour and offered no assistance or alternatives. When we were finally discharged, it was late at night and we were left with nowhere to go. We ended up sleeping in our car. We understand non-refundable policies—this wasn’t a cancellation or change of plans. It was an unforeseen medical emergency. A few days later, we reached out to the hotel to explain again and kindly requested even a partial refund under the circumstances. Our request was denied without any sign of understanding or empathy. It’s incredibly disappointing that the hotel chose to rigidly stick to policy over showing basic human compassion. I would strongly urge others to consider this before booking. We certainly will never return!!!

BEWARE! This hotel is NOT family friendly! Our group of seven families stayed at this hotel, and from day one, we felt unwelcome, especially our children. The staff was condescending and made it clear that kids were not appreciated here. Upon arrival, we were informed that children could only use the pool/spa area until 4:30 PM, which we respected. In fact, we never stayed past 4 PM. However, despite following their rules, our kids were still singled out. The staff even approached us when two adult guests complained about children playing in the pool. When I questioned why our kids were being targeted, the staff rudely dismissed my concerns and repeated the 4:30 PM curfew - despite us never violating it! The restaurant experience was just as unpleasant. Our children were treated with disrespect and were immediately shooshed upon arrival for dinner. For context, they were not disruptive, just happy and social. When one of us politely asked if the kids’ meals could be served before the adults’, Monika (by far the rudest staff member I have ever encountered) flat-out refused, stating that because the kids had ordered a “secondi,” they would have to wait. She then snapped that we shouldn’t tell her how to do her job. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I know this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Between Monika and Maria, the service was consistently unpleasant. If this hotel doesn’t want families, they should clearly state that they cater to adults only. We would have gladly taken our money elsewhere instead of enduring such rude treatment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children!
