Nice family-friendly hotel with good thermal pools and spa.

Lovely updated spacious room what you expect from a Radison. Great swimming pools also.Great large balcony but we have ugly sewerage factory view.Gym equipment big disappointment as 20 years or more old , equipment old not working or crumbling handles. No aircon , water , or towels in there all you can is open a window .In september no access to air con / temperature control in our room as it's been switched off in the hotel ! The heating for all is on instead.My room is 28 degrees at night with the door open, so last night i got 7 mosquito bites. Reception is lovely and cool so I suggest you sleep there.Restaurant is buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner with average quality. Restaurant is huge and open, with no atmosphere, staff friendly but could engage more but they are obsessed with setting up for next meal on empty tables, hotel guests just left and our plates remain on the table until you leave. Place stuck in the 70s which is a shame as it could be great. Wi-Fi intermittent and no access to English speaking tv channels except US stock market. If you are Austrian / German, French or Italian you are ok though. Worst Radison experience to date and I've stayed in lots. I also hate moaning and have never done a hotel write up before but so disappointed as came for our anniversary. Management please note ......

There are two aspects to mention: From the optical/outside point of view the hotel definitely has its best times behind it. As a guest you also realize the unfinished building site of another unfinished hotel complex. On the other hand are the rooms all renovated, very clean, with comfortable queen beds.Most of them are very quiet (we had to switch rooms due to a noisy elevator door on the first day). The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The Access to the bath leads through the bar which is a bit weird. breakfast buffet top, restaurant average.

For the quality of people working at the thermal spa, front desk, and booking service, and for location, I would give 5 stars. However, over the last year, I have unfortunately noticed that this hotel has downgraded in the atmosphere - too many external people, too much noise in the pool, too much noise in the sauna, no signs, no rules in the thermal pool, no discipline in the sauna. People scream in the pool and sauna all the time. No signs explaining that a relaxing thermal spa is not Disneyland, and some behaviors (such as screaming, talking loudly, jumping up and down in the pool and sauna ) are not appropriate. Suggestions to property: PLEASE PUT SIGNS IN THE POOL AND SAUNA and restore more discipline in pool and sauna.

I have been here several times and it's been progressively getting worse. The first evening we arrived as the kitchen was about to close, there was practically nothing left in the buffet but for us it was OK, it was raining and we didn't feel like getting the cat and driving for miles. When we paid the bill we saw that wè were charged over 70Euro for a really terrible meal. They seriously raised prices and quality was pretty low! We were given a room whose temperature never rose above 16 degrees, the window was broken and it was terribly cold. The spa: differently from other thermal wellness spas where a lot of care is taken of the waters, here there is no "quiet area", there were screaming kids, in the pools where there was the hot and cold walk over rocks there were kids throwing rocks around and just me to tell them off, and no one wore a bathing cap and there were long hairs floating in the pools. I I had a massage and I have to say in the past I had had some really good massages. I Now even that was terrible, in a cold bedroom and not the spa area, with a guy who made me feel truly terrible. They will not see me back soon. Not a good weekend, standards are rock bottom.
