Apparently they discriminate against families with young children. Is your child under 4 years of age (ours will be 3 years and 8 months at the time of check in)? This hotel rejects you for this. Is this even legal in Italy? Even if it is, I think it's in bad taste. * update: the response is reasonable and seems genuine, even if the 4 year old cutoff still feels somewhat arbitrary. I have therefore adjusted my rating in a way that does not negatively impact the average.

A Perfect Stay – One of the Best Resorts Ever! We had the pleasure of staying at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lake Garda for 3 nights, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. This property is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The service truly sets this place apart. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. You can feel the positive energy in the way they interact with guests and go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The food was absolutely top notch – from the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast to the phenomenal 5-course dinners, every meal was a delight. The facilities are modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring the grounds, or enjoying a drink on the terrace, everything feels thoughtfully designed. And then there’s the SPA – WOW!!! It’s a true haven of relaxation and luxury, with stunning views and a range of treatments and experiences that left us feeling completely recharged. We truly didn’t want to check out and are already looking forward to visiting other Quellenhof properties in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

it was a great experience! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the room is spacious and, at our request, the heat was optimal for us. What we liked the most: the dinner experience. it was very nice for us that the personalized menus were made based on our requirements - and once we requested it on the first evening, the menu was personalized throughout our stay. it was a very nice detail for us. Even upon departure, we received a gift that respected our expressed requirements regarding the menu. What we liked the most were the people, their attitude towards us - and our many requirements. Every request was respected, without problems and without having to explain much - which is wow. We really liked them and I would like to mention a few people - from the multitude of nice people: at the reception Eva (excellent driving skills), Irene and Luca - they have excellent communication skills and introduced us to the hotel family :) The official driver is very nice and always greeted us with a smile. at the table it was very nice that we had Romanian waiters - who created a wonderful atmosphere :) Carmen (excellent communication), Gheorghe (a very good man), Gabriela (very nice), Gabriel (excellent pizza and very nice to us) and Dario (he has an incredible memory and is very nice and friendly) - they are special people and the whole experience was more beautiful because of them. Also, the fact that the general manager comes around 2 evenings and talks to all the guests is a very nice touch. P.S. The food is excellent!!

Delightful 3-night stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff is excellent and we were always cheerfully greeted and helped with a particular shout-out to Dario who is great. Our room was well-equipped with comfortable beds, an excellent shower and plenty of chairs and beds on the deck. Large-screen TV that we didn't use and a fridge. The pools were great and my favorite is the swimming pond. The sauna is perhaps the best I've used and we were alone most of our visits which were very tranquil. We had "half board" and really enjoyed our buffet breakfasts and 6-course dinners. The hotel runs a comprehensive website which provides the daily dinner menu as well as a daily activity menu. We also received a copy at breakfast. My friend enjoyed the gym and she enjoyed one of the daily "Aufguss" (sauna rituals). My friend brought her dog and the hotel provided a dog bed, bowl and treats for him. We were able to leave him in the room while we ate in the restaurant. The entire experience was flawless and I would definitely return. My wish would be for the rooms to have Japanese toilets and for there to be a Japanese hot-water pool. It would be helpful if there were some guidance on how much to tip. Otherwise it's pretty much perfection 😁

From the moment of check-in, their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to Greta (apologies if the name isn't accurate), one of the receptionists who went above and beyond to assist us. Her exceptional customer service skills, patience, and kindness made a lasting impression and truly enhanced our stay. The entire staff was consistently friendly, approachable, and always ready to accommodate any request or answer any question, further exemplifying the hotel's commitment to exceptional service. Another highlight of my stay was the spa facilities offered by the hotel. The spa provided a serene and tranquil environment, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The range of services and treatments available was extensive, and the spa staff were professional and attentive, ensuring an indulgent and blissful experience.
