Precise Resort Bad Saarow

I stay in hotel from 7 to 11 jan. Very friendly staff. Good quality food. Top class service

I wanted to post this review to share that I had a TOTALLY different experience from some of the other recent reviews. I had such a wonderful stay at Precise Resort that really exceeded my expectations. Every single member of the staff was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. Special thank you to the culinary team who made a delicious turkey, it lived up to my high standards (I am an American and was feeling homesick for Thanksgiving turkey). The food is really spectacular, my partner and I were saying that even if the spa/pools were closed, we would maybe come back just for the food. We really looked forward to dinner every night, it was impressive how much variety there was. The spa facilities were also great, I loved that the pools were heated. I can definitely recommend the wellness activities such as the yoga. I loved that they had incense lit, mats already laid out, blankets for the shavasana. The sauna area is really great, thank you to the gentleman who collects the towels /tidies up, he was fantastic. My one mistake was not booking a spa treatment in advance- I would recommend emailing to make your reservation, I am sad I missed out on checking out the massage area! I read a lot of reviews saying that the staff doesn't speak German , but that was not my experience, everyone that I interacted with spoke German. I even started some conversations in English based on what I read in these reviews but we switched to German! Lastly I did feel valued as an Always member, I believe our room was upgraded and there were many thoughtful touches throughout our stay (the caramel popcorn is so tasty!) We were really happy with our room, the mattress was very comfortable and we slept SO well each night. We also really enjoyed the live music Friday/Saturday night and enjoyed the variety of books and games that are available in the lounge. In summary - don't let the bad reviews scare you away, this is a great property with great staff. I am already planning to return to celebrate my birthday!

I know we were in Brandenburg and didn’t expect much when it comes to services. But it’s never been as bad. This is an expensive place and the least you can expect is a friendly staff. Should I be sorry to book as a foreigner and not being fluent in German? I’ve never been treated this way. Oh FYI 1 water bottle is 9€ so for all the sparkling water fans .. BYOD

We had such a wonderful stay at Precise Resort Bad Saarow with my husband. The hotel truly offers the perfect mix of relaxation and activities — every day felt special and different. We enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding on the lake, time at the pool, tennis, and even pilates sessions. The golf game surrounded by beautiful nature and dinner at the Harnour were a highlight for us, and on the weekends they even offer boxing classes, which added a fun twist to the stay. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, recharge, and at the same time keep your body active with so many unique options. We left feeling both relaxed and energized, and we would love to come back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is incredibly spacious and beautiful, featuring its own pier, beach, golf club, and tennis courts. There’s also a lovely pool area that we really enjoyed. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and the food was always varied and delicious. Every meal included fish, meat, and vegetarian options, so there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any requests or preferences. The spa area was well-maintained, with fresh water always available. We also appreciated the well-equipped fitness studio. There’s a daily activity program including yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, and more. One of the highlights of our stay was the masterclass with Axel Schulz, held on Fridays and Saturdays for both teenagers and adults. It was a truly unique and memorable experience! Highly recommended for a relaxing and activity-filled vacation not far from Berlin.
