Had a wonderful experience at the bar and restaurant. Mariana went above and beyond what she needed to do to give us excellent service. Giving us food and wine suggestions, as well as how to maneuver the tourist area to avoid long wait times. Room was clean and staff overall were very pleasant.

We had a wonderful dinner at this hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing — the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The interior was elegant and created such a pleasant atmosphere. A special thank you to André, Fabrício, and Tiago for the great service and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed the evening and will gladly come back again!

Don’t go here if you are looking for a spa to relax 👎 the water of the indoor pool is cold - colder than the public pool that is for sports swimming. The sauna and steam room are super small and with no view. Was very disappointing when we booked to go relax and found that. The rooms are pleasant. Service also.

Located outside Sintra, this appears to be a great place on the surface but has its drawbacks backs. Its location means that a car is essential and dining options other than the hotel’s own outlet, are limited. Our party stayed in both the main hotel (dated, poorly maintained and cold) and the newer apartments above the gold clubhouse (new but incomplete and insufficiently sound proofed). Unfortunately the new room had a pervasive smell of blocked pipes much of that time. Also electrics appeared not to have been properly fitted with many random switches seemingly not connected to anything. The very large balcony was, however, extremely welcome. Frustratingly, water pressure was extremely poor. Breakfast as alluded to by other reviews was generally poor with a chaotic free for all, including screaming kids being allowed to run around without any attempt to control them by parents or the hotel. Food choices were poor and the quality pretty diabolical. I’d be unlikely to stay here again given all the drawbacks.

People in service very kind Hotel is old and not well equipped. We reserved 1 big bad and received 1 small attached. Pillows to sleep had a horrible smell of rotten and moisture. I asked an iron and desk to iron. They give me the iron very dirty and scratched. Desk was all dirty will all colors existing. I paid 300 euro for massages. The girl bring me to the room and tell me to install me to the bad and she will be in a few minutes. So I did. Then I was waiting for her 20 min and get out of the room to search her. It takes also some time. Then she get out while eating and tell me , I’m eating and want to leave! I was shocked, when she saw my face she decided to make me my massage I paid for 2 hours. Of course she didn’t prolonged for those 20 min. Not a good experience 😬 Also we got to the sauna and asked for the room dress. They didn’t find 2 in shop hotel ! But it’s a SPA hotel !! Sauna is not working!! Saturday and raining like hell outside!! Water in pool very cold. We choose the hotel also for this. Horrible !! Bad experience 😬 We still have 1 more day. Will see
