We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the café. There was a great selection of options and the views were beautiful. I visited with my colleague from Andaz, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. A special thank you to Myat and Carolina for taking such great care of us and making our morning even more enjoyable.

We stayed here for a couple nights on our way home from the Middle East back to USA. The beach was shockingly beautiful. I hated leaving. It was gorgeous. The property was also very nice. Received great service in every day. Martins kept our room nice and clean and refreshed daily. Trever and Razu were made sure our beach and pool chairs were prepared and refreshed our waters if needed. Moorthy was a pleasant smile every time we came and went from the hotel. Would definitely come here again!

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant every day, and the team truly made it feel like home. I would like to sincerely thank Kashika, Sneha, Jasleen, Jasmine, and Sriraj, who were all equally kind, attentive, and welcoming. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care stood out every day and made each meal a really pleasant experience. They always took the time to check in and ensure everything was perfect, which added a very personal touch to my stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and peaceful – but what really makes the difference is the incredible staff. A very special thank you goes to the wonderful team at the café and restaurant. In particular, we would like to mention Branda, Claire, Zignyu, Palak, Jasleen, Said, Riky and Myat and the others also. Your kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles made our days unforgettable. You did not just serve us – you made us feel at home. Every single person working in the restaurant deserves recognition. The service was always attentive, friendly, and full of heart. You can truly feel that the team cares about the guests. We would also like to encourage all guests: Please tip the staff. They work very hard and truly deserve it. Dear Park Hyatt Saadiyat Management Team, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the organization and services provided by the hotel during my wedding, which took place yesterday on January 3, 2026. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations and caused me significant stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. To begin with, the bride’s room experienced repeated power outages throughout the day, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially on such an important occasion. In addition, the music was stopped at exactly 11:00 PM, despite our expectations and prior experiences with the hotel. I would also like to highlight that no special or private room or suites was provided for us as the bride and groom on our wedding day. What added to my disappointment is the inconsistency in service. When my one of our family held her wedding at your hotel in February 2025, she was provided with a dedicated bridal suite, the music continued until 12:00 AM, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well-organized. Sadly, my experience was completely different. The environment was tense, and I did not feel comfortable or relaxed as a groom should on his wedding day. I believe the level of service provided did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of Park Hyatt’s reputation. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, investigate what went wrong, and provide a clear explanation for the shortcomings we experienced.
