Paradise Hotel & Wellness

10/10 client experience 🤩 It was supposed to be my ski holiday, but at very first day I had an accident and injured my knee. Thankfully the staff of Paradise Hotel made this time easier to deal with, helping in every way possible. This is the place where you feel important and your needs are fulfilled. You’ll find here comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, fantastic coffee and drinks, swimming pool and sauna. It is very close to shops and restaurants, which even I could reach with sprained knee 😉

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been a pleasure to go there. I put the rating of one star out of 5 for a problem of communication and refund that I find intolerable and really not correct. I wanted to book a night from April 1 to 2, 2023 for two people via Booking but I had to cancel my night on March 24 with free cancellation. I noticed a few days later on my bank account that the hotel had charged me the price of the night. I therefore tried to contact the hotel so that they refund me but no news from them… After several emails and messages via Booking, I never received an answer. So I had to enter Booking directly to get a refund - that's what they did today, April 24, 2023. I find this unacceptable and I wanted to tell it to the Direction … Also for future travellers …

Very nice place, not exactly 4 stars, but quaint. The breakfast it ok. Really quiet area.

Very nice hotel, great decoration, very nice rooms. Everything is very clean. The stuff is very helpful and willing to share advices about the area. The view from the room is fantastic.

A nice hotel with perfect surroundings. The service they provide was very friendly even breakfast after the normal hours was no problem for them.
