Paradise Cruises

Good! We've been on Paradise Grand Lan Ha Bay cruise. Booked using Booking. Ha Long / Lan Ha bays are amazing, but very overcrowded. Don't expect any boutique exclusive atmosphere, there will be a huge amount of cruise ships. But there is no much alternatives if you want visit the bays. The Paradise Grand ship is good. Not the best one in the bay, but also not the one which will disappoint you. Fair strong average+ option. Considering Paradise has good website, huge scale and available for booking online, this can be considered as a fair proven option if you're lazy enough to do a deep research. Activities like kayaking and boat trips are also fine, just expect it will be among hundreds of other boats. Restaurant area is good and even somehow romantic. The food in the restaurant for the lunch and dinner was very good. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms are very clean and has great views. Service was great. Many thanks for the organization! I would say it's a bit over expensive in comparison. 1 night is more than enough (the views across the bay are quite similar and you will see everything in 1 day) Ps: disregard the crowds, these bays are still amazing and must see place. Cruise option is great one, you just need to build the right expectations.

We had a great stay aboard the Paradise Elegance 2. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the staff very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. We were here on our honeymoon and Krystle was so nice to organise us a private dinner 🙏 The only downside were the excursions as they were unfortunately overrun by hundreds of tourists.

A great experience with Paradise cruise. We a group of 8 people enjoyed the Ha Long Bay.. made even better with Paradise cruise. The vessel was well maintained and clean, the cabins too. Recommend this cruise. Food was also decent considering the crowd and various food preferences in customers.

We had a great experience on the Paradise Vietnam Cruise! Truly the most relaxing part of our trip. We got the captains suite and it had a an incredible deck with a sleeping sofa bed to relax and read on. They were extremely attentive to us and made sure our trip was a 10/10 experience. Rebecca was our server and was so kind and sweet. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. The activities we got to participate in were a lot of fun and I would recommend this cruise to anyone. Please keep in mind, it seemed like everything they served was fish related, which if that is not your thing, you might struggle a bit. They did have other options, but they were limited. Thank you for everything!!

We did a 2D1N Ha Long Bay cruise on Paradise Elegance and the experience was superb. We were lucky enough to reserve the captain's cabin and had a great panorama view of the bay at all time. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, we were never pushed to buy anything on our cruise. The only critique would be the initial lunch orientation, it is a welcoming orientation and we felt that free water should be provided in the dining area. The initial welcoming feeling was sour because no water was provided and we were told to purchase drinks for our lunch or we could opt to go to our cabin and grab the free drinks from the room (we opted to grab our free water from the room). Please provide the glass water bottles for future orientation welcoming lunch for guests!
