Hotel Belvedere left a very warm and pleasant impression. From the first day, you feel a sense of calm, care, and attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, making you feel not just accommodated, but genuinely welcome. Breakfast Breakfast at Belvedere feels like a small wellness ritual. In addition to the classic selection, there is a juice station where guests can prepare their own fresh, healthy juices using fruits and vegetables. This mindful, health-focused approach is especially appreciated: light, high-quality products, plenty of fresh options, and a sense that your well-being has truly been considered. Breakfast leaves you energized rather than heavy, setting a positive tone for the day. Team The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. They genuinely care about guests and go beyond simply doing their job. Small, thoughtful gestures throughout the stay create a feeling of warmth and home. Overall Impression Belvedere is more than just a hotel — it is a place you want to return to. Perfect for those who value tranquility, quality, a wellness-oriented atmosphere, and a personal touch.

I stayed at Palazzo Belvedere from December 22–26 and had a truly restorative experience. Amd celebrated Christmas with friends.I was extremely well received from the moment I arrived the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout my stay. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere that feels especially comforting in winter, more like a wellness retreat than a busy five-star hotel. My room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. A special highlight was a deeply relaxing massage with Giulia, which was exceptional and left me feeling completely renewed. The spa and wellness areas overall were excellent. Everything felt thoughtfully paced and unhurried. A wonderful place to slow down, rest and focus on wellbeing.

I can’t express how magical this hotel is. It was one of our favorite places to stay on our two week Italy trip. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. They were even kind enough to sell a poster on their wall to us that is one of favorite slices of memory of our Italy trip. The spa was super relaxing with steam room, dry sauna, cold water bucket, aroma mist. Though a good distance from downtown, it takes your through Parco Della Terme which feels like a magical landscape full of dog parks/old structures.

A spa hotel that looks impressive on the outside, and provides a warm welcome, after cycling from Lucca the welcome drink was very welcome! The spa is just as extensive with indoor and outdoor pools steam room and sauna to name just a few of the facilities. This is the type of place that you could arrive at and not leave until it was time to go home. The rooms are stunning and very relaxing.

We recently stayed at the hotel and couldn’t have been happier. Check-in was seamless, our spotless, spacious room with a lovely view felt like home, and the staff—from concierge to housekeeping—were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with a huge parking area just steps away. Highly recommend!
