Ona Las Lomas Village (Apart-Hotel)

We got only 2 towels for 3 days and the water for bath is always cold every time. In those 3 days nobody came to clean our room or bring some toilet paper or towels

Check in was fairly straightforward, small shop for basic essentials. Breakfast offering is good value and a big selection. Apartment that sleeps 6 was pretty poor. Bit dated, beds are fine, kitchen has essentials, running water pressure was virtually non existent and it took 3-5 working days to get 'warm'. Receptions advise was that is just how it is, and to ensure no one was running water at the same. The downstairs smells of waste / drainage problem, no amount of opening windows helped. Close to the golf resort so location is ideal which I guess is why people come back time again. Good value but wouldn't stay here again.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing. The place is poorly maintained and lacks basic hospitality. Major issues included: Hot water had to be manually turned on from a hidden valve near the ceiling. Clogged shower drain and yellow-stained edges. Poorly maintained air conditioning that smelled bad and had mold around the vents. Loose floor tiles, flickering stairwell lights, and a blocked ventilation system. The vending machine took our card payment but gave nothing in return. Reception staff were unfriendly and arrogant. The advertised swimming pool is permanently closed. Only 3 parking spots for 9 appartment building, totally insufficient. The area feels abandoned (ghost town) and is not child-friendly. A car is absolutely necessary. Without one, good luck. Would definitely not return and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The Las Lomas Villages that's advertised is not the same you'll be going to! We went as a group of people so we had different apartments 1. They mixed up our keys and had my partner and I in a single room, whilst another member of our party got our apartment which we were told had no utensils etc. 2. The bathroom was mouldy. 3. The paid breakfast really isnt worth the money 4. The pools were closed!!!! The informed us that they are booked and at max capacity and you'll think the pools will be operational when the weather was warm. A few of us were very disappointed with the facilities.

Nice apartment, kitchen and combined dining and Livingroom on the first floor. Bedroom and bathroom on the second floor with a nice terace with a view over the valley all the way to the Mediterranean sea. Functional apartment but maintenance could have been better. Very cold in the bathroom and the towel drier did not work. Some lights did not work in the bathroom and bedroom. Also the area does not have any good restaurants near by. You will need a car to get to a decent restaurant. The check-in experience was a bit special. We were met by a "be right back" sign and no one were right back for the next 40 minutes. So we had to sit back before getting our room and the afternoon got into evening before getting into our apartment.
