We spent over two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and it was truly the highlight of our time in the Algarve. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat—tucked away in a quiet setting yet just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The hotel’s design is elegant and thoughtfully integrated into its surroundings, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned an already beautiful place into an unforgettable experience. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The restaurant deserves special praise. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. The breakfast, in particular, was simply unbelievable—an impressive variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway in the Algarve.

Excellence is probably the most fitting word - this hotel convinces immediately with its gorgeous interior design, stunning sea views and the most welcoming and warm staff. It represents the best of hospitality 2.0 - innovative and creative touches are found throughout your stay, from the baby concierge service to sleeping kits with aromatic sprays provided at turndown. Experience manager Carolina made sure we felt absolutely spoiled on our wedding anniversary, for which the team organized a private dinner with personalized five course menu curated by Executive Chef David Domingues, accompanied by Sommelier Bernardo Pinho’s excellent wine pairing. All are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their crafts. The in house restaurant À Terra serves delicious local cuisine with a modern twist and has a lovely, buzzing vibe. Great place to stay with children, too - all staff were super lovely to our four months old baby. Definitely coming back - our sincere thanks also to the present and hands-on management of General Manager Duarte Gonçalves da Cunha and GM in residence Joaquim Costa, who’ve made sure to connect with the guests in house, as well.

The Octant hotel was an absolutely beautiful place to stay in and extremely clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. It is a very quiet hotel which on this occasion was exactly what we wanted from our stay but if you are looking a lively hotel then the Octant might not be the right choice. But if you're looking for proper chilled, downtime then it is perfect

Wonderful hotel with the friendliest staff. The hotel looks bigger than it is which is a big plus. They have thought of everything and despite not being right next to the sea, the trolley ride or even walk there is short and nice. The offered sunbeds and umbrella on the beach are brilliant and the staff there are also extremely friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!
