MIRAMONTI Boutique Hotel

It was amazing vacation. We got a room with hot tub. The hotel is great . With fabulous view, the service was perfect. The food was very good especially on the chef’s restaurant. The facilities are so calming. We felt that they were think about every small detail

The hotel feels more like a high-end 4-star rather than a true 5-star. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good (Panorama in particular, although it can be quite noisy due to children). However, if you are used to 5-star hotels, this one may feel disappointing. The main issue is the lack of attention from the staff. For example, on our first day the shower water was only lukewarm (with outside temperatures of -6°C) and the water pressure was extremely weak due to a boiler problem. We also waited 35 minutes for the shuttle service; the driver later told us he had parked further down the road, but no one informed us or contacted us. One night, the room lights remained on due to a technical issue. A staff member offered to bring us extra blankets, but no apology was given. Overall, compared to other 5-star hotels, the level of service and care felt below expectations. The only exception was a very kind blonde manager wearing glasses; the rest of the staff seemed rather disengaged. Finally, although this is partly our fault for not checking in advance, the hotel hosts many very young children. Dining at Panorama while listening to constant crying is not ideal if you are looking for a quiet retreat, with all due respect to families.

This is one of our favourite places for sure and we travel a lot. Clean, amazing food, great staff and the most wonderful person Brano . Both him and his wife were super kind and helpful. We felt like home right away . The spa, the rooms, the restaurants , everything is superb. We will definitely come back and we recommend this little gem to anyone .

From the moment we were welcomed with their house-made apple cider & gin, we knew Miramonti was going to be somewhere truly special. ✨ We loved Miramonti’s deep commitment to sustainability. You can feel it woven into every choice, from the design to the amenities to the dining philosophy. Dining at The Stube was unforgettable. The Käsefondue im Laib (the authentic cheese wheel fondue) and the Rindertatar am Tisch zubereitet (table-side beef tartare) were absolute standouts and such a unique experience. Our Panorama Dinner was equally magical. The views speak for themselves, but the service made it even better. The sommelier guided us through local South Tyrolean wines and helped us discover new favorites that paired perfectly with each course. The SPA was unbeatable from the thoughtfully curated scents to the high-quality products, and every detail was intentional and elevated the entire experience. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was forest bathing with Monika. It was grounding, peaceful, and something we will carry with us for a long time. And truly, every single member of the staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and made us feel cared for in the most genuine way. Miramonti will always have a special place in our hearts. Already dreaming of the day we can return. 🌲💛

We stayed two nights in the Sky House. It was a lovely and well appointed room. The fireplace with the sweeping views was just wonderful. The outdoor space with the heaters was fantastic as well. The hotel itself it beautiful with sweeping views. Breakfast is extensive and service attentive. Most staff were very accommodating. It was very pricy but worth the splurge.
