Vienna Marriott Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at the Vienna Marriott Hotel. The location is excellent and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable and well organized. Everything during my stay felt smooth and professional, which made the experience very enjoyable. I would like to thank Paul at the front desk for his friendly and efficient service. He was welcoming and handled everything very professionally. I would also like to recognize Achmed Josef Tal from the concierge team, who wears the Les Clefs d’Or golden keys. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and his advice was very valuable during my stay. It was great to receive assistance from such an experienced concierge. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily stay at the Vienna Marriott again.

Beautiful hotel. Visited in May 2025 for vacation. My stay is truly enjoyable in my visit to Vienna, and this hotel like become my best memories beside walking in the city streets. The food, cookies, and breakfast was delicious The staff is also very kind, especially in the receptionist and all the lounge staff. My credit card have difficulities in payments but the staff at the receptionist proffesionally adress the situation and give the solutions. And for the lounge that feels at home, thank you so much

Did not stay here, but ate here for lunch. the Cheesecake was ok. The business lunch was good: the schnitzel was pretty good. The salad was great. The spaghetti was fine. The service was excellent: friendly and efficient. The dining area is very comfortable and relaxing. Good setting.

The Vienna Marriott was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was amazing! Samira who checked us in on our arrival was so kind and was very welcoming. The lounge food was amazing and each day they had something different and they catered to everyone. What a great place to stay we will be back!

Vienna Marriott exceeded expectations of service, quality, and location. I booked two rooms for my family and they upgraded one to a beautiful view. They honored bed types/configurations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and tech forward. Housekeeping did a wonderful job as well. We were able to take advantage of the MClub with lovely snacks, drinks, and a stunning view of the city. The place where they truly shined was in their restaurant breakfast. The staff were congenial, competent, and seemed to go above and beyond as soon as you walked in the door. For those exploring Vienna for the first time, this is a perfect spot for home base.
