Lots, lots of positives Great location Beautiful and well organized gardens Busy but you can find quiet places too The best was the sports classes with Janice ❤️ A few improvements possible, overall service probably not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Food (breakfast) nice, outstanding choice, quality OK Will probably come back in one of thw Lopesan hotels, had a very good time :-)

Excellent hotel, great service, lots of restaurants to choose from, buffet breakfast with complimentary glass of cava each morning a great way to start your day. Very suitable for both elderly as families with young children. The cleanliness of the whole terrain really stands out, as does the direct access to the boulevard with nice restaurants and (almost) duty free shop. Definitely recommended.

We happened to come across this resort while we were in the area. The infinity pool and the beautiful outdoor seating immediately caught our attention, so we decided to explore. We liked it so much that we ended up visiting several times during our stay in Gran Canaria. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and the café next to it is a perfect spot to relax. We sat there on a few occasions, ordering coffee and drinks while enjoying the view. We also explored the outdoor seating area with live music, where we enjoyed cocktails and drinks in a lovely atmosphere. We absolutely loved the hotel and were genuinely gutted that we hadn’t booked our stay there. We will definitely be staying at Lopesan next time.

We stayed at this hotel again last December and once again had a wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxed and well taken care of. The atmosphere was great and there was honestly nothing we could fault. We would love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The animation team brought so much energy to the holiday, and the activities were a real highlight for us. We loved all the classes, from yoga and bachata to aqua gym. A special mention goes to Janice, who once again played a big part in making this holiday unforgettable with her enthusiasm, warmth, and positive energy.

Visited this amazing resort at the end of September and had really high hopes based on pictures and reviews I had read. When we arrived we were greeted outside and our bags were taken. The views from the exterior are breathtaking and that's just the start. The check in process was a bit lengthy but mainly due to having 4 guests to check in and we were greeted at reception with prosecco and someone cake which was a nice touch. Our room was great, very spacious and the view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast and dinner can be very hectic and there really is no ideal time to go as it was always very busy and the queues to get food can be quite overwhelming but you do get seated fairly quickly which is good. Overall there was always a good selection to choose from. There's also so much to do around the resort. Various pools, various bars and the infinity pool. There is also a small gym, a and a spa. There are also nightly shows that take place by the infinity pool and are really entertaining but as they start at 8pm which is usually straight after dinner, we often struggled to find a decent seat as the area was usually always packed up. The place is so big I'm convinced I only saw a small portion of the resort but it is truly a 5* hotel and I have already booked another stay for next year.
