Le Guardiole

We stayed at this agriturismo the last night before the summer season closed. We had a wonderful time. The location was enchanting, immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The deluxe room was delightful (we had booked a standard room, but due to a mix-up, they promptly assigned us this room, at the same price). The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. We will definitely return.

Stayed at the relais. Le guardiole is a beautiful property within a large private agricultural area of ​​160 hectares. Rooms are varied, spacious, well-furnished, air-conditioned, and clean. It has a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a restaurant that serves only cold dishes for lunch. Breakfast is decent (though savory is better than sweet), and includes only gluten-free options. The staff is friendly and helpful. A car is essential for getting to and from the property. The experience was positive, and I feel that given the property's potential, even more could be achieved, perhaps with a spa (which perhaps exists, but at least when I visited, it wasn't offered among the amenities). There's no walkway to easily slide the wheels of the trolleys from the dirt parking lot to the steps leading to the lawn. Prices are a bit high.

The Hotel is not bad, but breakfast is very poor:( a little bit of fruits, and a lot of sweet cakes. What should people eat who do not like sweets and do not eat meat and cheese?

The Place is peacefull, the staff is kind and the chef is top ! All gluten free and very good.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. I would expect much a better service.
