From arrival you are greeted by the polite concierge team who will sort your luggage and whisk your car away. The check in is super slick and front of house team courteous and acknowledge your Hyatt Status. The hotel complex is an oasis of calm and spotlessly clean. The rooms are decorated in-line with the magnificent Andalusian heritage. The setting is perfect as on the stunning Spanish Open Golf courses Los Olivios & Los Lobos and sprawling land and mountain sights too. The rooms are so lovely and have all the usually amenities and have lovely views too. Room maintenance gets a special mention for keeping the rooms meticulously clean and organised and items fully replenished. The food and beverage is on-point with amazing breakfast spread, delicious pool side catering including delicious wood fired pizza all amazingly priced given 5 star hotel and special mention goes to Esther who provides a genuine welcoming and professional team service. The spa is amazing and comes included in your hotel package. I will definitely return and have already booked my summer dates via the Hyatt Loyalty app as great superb inclusive deals. Enjoy.

Our stay here was wonderful! Very attentive staff from reception to the restaurants to room service! We booked two nights here in the middle of our vacation that includes a ton of walking, so it was nice to relax and enjoy ourselves. I also wanted to mention that for some reason they make AMAZING pizza! I was not expecting that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Turn down service was a nice touch. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay at La Zambra was amazing. The entire team - front desk, restaurant staff, event planning department - went above and beyond to make us and our families feel welcomed and cared for throughout the trip. The food was delicious and the service was consistently warm and attentive. The hotel itself is very peaceful, surrounded by a large golf course, luscious gardens, and two pools. Our wedding welcome dinner was truly unforgettable, and the dedication and thoughtfulness of La Zambra team really contributed to it. We left with wonderful memories and immense gratitude!

Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning property and facilities. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredibly friendly and professional reception team. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout my entire stay. I must give special recognition to Nelson at reception, who went above and beyond when I needed medical assistance.
