JW Marriott Hotel Marina

ALEC company had arranged dinner for all of its staff tonight in JW Marriott hotel. The food was great. The setup was amazing. But most of all, the chef, the staff and the customer service were even greater and lovely. Special commendation to Naveen who took good care of our group during dinner. Highly recommend to all food lovers in UAE.

Overall, the hotel is fine, what you would expect from a Marriott hotel. I was there for 11 days. The only big problem I had was on the weekend when the bar/nightclub on the 4th floor was blasting music. If your room is on the left wing (xx22 to xx30) near the big empty space, on any floor, you could easily tell what music was playing. The staff reacted pretty fast to my complaint, lowering the sound and the bass, but you could still hear it in the room on the 6th floor. Luckily, they moved me to another room, on the right wing, but it's a warning for others, as you might not be so lucky to move. Side notes: - Never went to the pool (overcrowded, which was a shame as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel) - Never went to the restaurant/breakfast (overpriced; you have good restaurants in Dubai for much cheaper). About Marina: Lovely place, expect traffic during rush hours when entering or exiting the marina. A little crowded during high season, otherwise a good sector if you've never been.

I had an excellent experience at JW Marriott Dubai Marina, from arrival to departure. A special thank you to Hazem for the early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey, and also for the late check-out until 3:00 pm. These thoughtful gestures truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and exceptional service. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing — outstanding variety, quality, and presentation. Special thanks to Tushar, who made sure everything was perfect and turned breakfast into a memorable experience. At the restaurant, the service was outstanding. The hostess Nytia welcomed us warmly and professionally, while Mujahid and Afsal provided excellent service — attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind. It’s clear when a team takes pride in what they do. Overall, JW Marriott Dubai Marina delivers hospitality at the highest level. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Truly one of my best hotel experiences. The service was extremely attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I had an amazing massage and would highly recommend it. The gym is super clean, and the cold towels are a really nice touch. Breakfast was excellent as well. I also did quite a bit of online shopping, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful, they received my packages and arranged seamless delivery to my room. Overall, a fantastic experience with very attentive staff. Would definitely return.

Our stay at the fabulous JW Marriott Marina Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The concierge, Vamshi, spent weeks messaging with me before our trip to help plan a perfect itinerary for my husband’s milestone birthday. This is a celebration we will never forget because every detail was so thoughtfully personalized. From exceptional restaurant recommendations to the beautiful room decorations—both upon arrival and on the day of his birthday—everything was curated with such care. We also loved being greeted each day by Adnan’s friendly smile as he helped us get cabs and navigate the city. A very special thank you to the very talented young lady that you are portrait as polo bears. The entire experience felt out of this world and far exceeded anything we could have imagined. We are beyond grateful to the lovely, friendly, and incredibly talented team who made this trip so special. We left already dreaming of our next visit. We can’t wait to go back! Highly, highly recommended.
