Is Molas Resort - Hotel 4*S, Ville e Golf

Is molas golf is an incredible golfing experience: golf is mixed with an unfiltered nature, with wildlife being part of your golfing round. As a scratch golfer, I fond the course very challenging : from the tee you need to seek distance at all costs because otherwise you are left with long irons to the relatively small greens, often needing to account for wind blowing from the sea into the course. As an experience, sharing such an environment with my family, is something I highly recommend to anyone that want to play a difficult courses while enjoying family time!!!

Beautiful day at the golf course Played the full 18 which is the white 9 and the red 9 Considering the drought last year, if you can keep your ball on the fairway, you will be playing off the grass. They charge 50€ for a set of decent rental clubs 60€ for the cart 110€ for the 18 holes during peak season. The reason for 4 stars- have to pay for range balls…no ice in the cart cooler…no gps in the cart. I don’t want to sound like a spoilt brat but would’ve been nice to have some of those things at the price they charge. All in, I’m glad I played it…challenging course, in the wild, no paved cart paths, bunkers were tricky, soft, wet, dry all types.

I had the chance to organize my birthday lunch there, it was really nice, well managed, « così»élégant and friendly, I usually enjoy seafood and the chef proposed me a light, fresh, local and tasting menu, perfect for my friends and family, bubbles and wine excellent , thanks to the F&B Manager!

The driest golf course I’ve ever played. There was barely any grass on the golf course besides on the greens and tee, which were also sub par. The rest was basically hay and gravel. Definitely not worth €280 for my husband and I. Hopefully it is better in the winter months, but mid August was horrible.

I wanna be honest here, I haven’t been to many golf courses, though I adore the game and am doing all my best to play as often as I can. Is Molas was the first golf course I’ve ever played at, I took some of the first lessons here in 2018 and every time I can I come back here. It’s a place I enjoy being at: it’s very laid back, the course is pretty tough for a beginner and it’s absolutely beautiful.
