Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & Spa Curio Collection by Hilton

We recently visited La Ghiandaia restaurant at Hotel Il Picciolo dell'Etna, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, and you're greeted by the very kind and professional staff. The menu is sophisticated, featuring the freshest, finest ingredients. I tried the melt-in-your-mouth lamb ribs, and a pasta dish filled with veal and mushrooms with cream cheese that was an explosion of flavors. The desserts were simply delicious. Special mention to the chefs, who made our experience truly unique.

Good golf club

Course starts gently and gets tougher and more hilly. A buggy recommended for the less fit. Has a good mixture of fairly easyish holes and interesting but harder ones. Will be great once they sort out all of the bunkers and some of the tees.

Best gold course around!
