We were here for a week, the accommodation was nice, the service was very pleasant. They also allow dogs to stay here, which I rate very well. The only disadvantage when staying with a dog is the lack of greenery, but that is not the hotel's fault.

There are (at least) two Hotel Villa Luisa's in Italy. I mistakenly booked this one, when I was meant to have booked another. The booking system requested that I pay the full amount upfront, which I did. When I realised the error of my ways, I contacted the hotel and booking platform immediately. Both groups refused to give me a refund or offer any help. I continued trying on multiple occasions over the course of 3 days. Each time I was met with refusal.
I clearly have never stayed at this hotel. It may be great. But on the evidence of their approach to my issue and their treatment of me, I have no other recourse apart from making people aware. Now, I will never stay there and never recommend them. I advise you to stay away and consider many other fine hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Villa Louisa Resort and Spa. Although the pool was cold on the first day, it improved as the temperature rose. The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff were super nice and attentive.
The hotel offers three EV parking spots in the garage at no extra cost, which was a great convenience. The bar is amazing, and special mention goes to the talented bar team who excel at making rum drinks and clearly love what they do.
The spa was cozy, relaxing, and calm, providing a perfect escape. Our room was nice and clean, and the cleaning team consistently did an excellent job. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay that we would definitely recommend!

Villa Luisa is a very interesting location to spend time having fun and relaxing at Lake Garda.
The property offers numerous comforts and services, such as a swimming pool, wellness area, restaurant, and bistro.
The service is very efficient in all aspects, prompt in responses, and attentive to guests' needs.
The rooms are spacious and recently furnished, and I was fortunate to stay in an apartment with a lake view. An area for improvement is the lack of wardrobes and the poor sound insulation of the rooms.
In my opinion, the structure and organization reflect what a 4-star hotel should be, but often is not.

Pros:
Our stay at this hotel was marked by several positive aspects. The staff and service were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel is serene and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The outdoor area, complete with a beautiful pool and bar, was a highlight. It provided a wonderful space to unwind and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a great start to each day.
The rooms were also well-appointed and comfortable, with the exception of the couch, which could use some improvement. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was quite satisfactory, providing good value for the quality of service and amenities offered.
Cons:
However, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. One major disappointment was the charge of €20 for three hours in the hotel’s spa area. This felt excessive, especially when compared to the entrance fee for larger thermal baths in Garda, which offer more for a similar price. The pool in the spa was cold and unimpressive, and the noise from the waterfall created an unpleasant atmosphere. The sauna also had issues; the door did not close properly, which is unacceptable for a sauna, and there were no signs for infusions.
The spa area was small and not worth the additional cost. To enhance guest satisfaction, it would be better to offer these facilities complimentary, as is common in many other hotels.
Additionally, the parking situation was less than ideal. The outdoor parking was problematic, especially in rainy weather, and the prices for the hotel’s own underground garage were unreasonably high, forcing guests to opt for the less convenient outdoor option.
In conclusion, while there are many positive aspects to this hotel, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
