Friendly and Helpful staff Thr hotel is on the beach and between Median and Yesmine madina, both are walkable. Fabulous service and amazing staff. Mohammed in the main Sherazed Restaurant was superb and always looked after us. Such a lovely, friendly genuine guy. It was great to see that despite it being out of season, rhe hotel had ample staff and great service. We also had excellent service from the beach bar and pool bar. All the staff from the general manager to the waiters were superb and Helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to my friends and family.

Travel back home today from a wonderful stay at the Sindbad Hotel Hammamet. I can strongly say that I would go again. I had a half board booking and the choice of food ( breakfast and dinner) was incredible and freshly prepared. The setting is exquisite, very peaceful and relaxing, I've enjoyed a swim in the sea everyday, the indoor pool was great too, very clean everywhere. The room was super clean, with a great attention to details. The staff is very professional and lovely. On the Tuesday night all guests were invited to a cocktails and nibbles evening, amazing food on this occasion too ! What I've enjoyed a lot was walking around the beautiful gardens, it provides such a peaceful heaven from the wonderful chaos of the city. That I had a fabulous time exploring, on foot, by taxi too. Even as a solo lady traveler I felt safe all the time. I will definitely visit again. Thank you all at the Sindbad hotel .

We are staying now at the Sindbad on a Golf holidays. The hotel offers a good package with a free shuttle bus to the Citrus ( 2x 18 Holes). We are playing every 2 days on a 10 nights holidays and in between we are enjoying the beach and the food. The beach is lovely, clean and with warm transparent water. Service is very good and the staff is always there to please you. We are on a half board and served as a buffet. The dessert is to die for. We had also lunch at Les Voiliers and the food was exzellent. At the beach no need to rush for a sun deck as there are plenty for everyone. We read about loud noises from the beach bar but we did not experience any . The location is very good, 5mn drive to Hammamet Fort and 10mn to Yasmine Medina. You can walk 300m on the Main road on your right side and find a kiosk with drinks and Snacks. If you can, walk 200m more and you have restaurants, bigger supermarket and bakeries. On your left is a clinic ( we never know). Locals are very nice and we felt safe. Our suite is just amazing, the beds are comfortable and the Sound of the waves is so relaxing. Thank you to the best hotel Manager Mr Ramsy for this experience. You will recognize him by his smile and genuine care.

Glass, and plastic in food on two separate occasions and food poisoning. Reiss brand new shirt stolen from room. Rude and confrontational management staff. Having stayed in Hammamet many times, we decided to stay at Sindbad prior to our wedding and returned to stay & join our guests also staying from the UK at the hotel afterwards. Was disappointed that the food didn’t reflect our honeymoon celebration. Beach speaks for itself in that’s it’s beautiful, calm water and our kids had great fun. Our first room was spacious and clean. Our second room was in extremely poor condition, mould on the grouting in bathroom, room small with too much furniture and the a/c was so loud and rattly we slept without it on. We shared our concern with staff who just shrugged it off, not even a sorry or resolution. Had to ask for bottle water to be delivered to the room. My husband found a piece of grey plastic on his food from the buffet but we wanted to give Sindbad the benefit of doubt until; Shockingly whilst in the restaurant my mum was given food with a large shard of glass on which she bite down onto. As the glass was so big she was able to avoid swallowing it, but nonetheless could have been fatal. She ate nothing further and went to bed and shortly after came down with food poisoning & was throwing up all night. Disgustingly the staff gave no resolution, no discount off the menu which meant that we escalated to Ramzi operational manager and the owner who refunded £17/ 70 tnd, which is laughable. The whole experience has been below par and the hotel is more a 3* if that. The hotel has had a lot of money from our yourselves and guests not including all the tips given but the management are arrogant and genuinely don’t care about their guests. Whilst walking back from the beach on 3/10/25 Ramzi followed us with my kids in tow and asked how my mum was and when I explained how unwell she was, he proceeded to tell me that she didn’t get food poisoning, of which I asked him ‘are you calling me a liar’. Confrontational & rude and also poor customer service to blame and tell a paying guest that has raised a concern for you to resolve that they are liars, then to walk my husband to the exit and tell him we aren’t welcome back. Until the management listen to customers concerns, say sorry and resolve, they will continue to lose custom.

Overall a good stay, good customer service all round. Disappointing to not be able to use the indoor swimming pool as Muslim ladies not wanting to be out in front of all. It was not stated that the indoor pool would be closed during the summer. There was no tea, coffee facilities in the room. Netflix did not work, maintenance person was asked to help but to no avail. Plenty of variety of food, no drinks, not even water provided. Take your own drinks as the ones in restaurant are at an extortionate price, the price of a meal! Don't bother with the juices in the mornings, taste of water with a scent of something. A lot of flies / fruit flies in restaurant, very distracting and off putting. There is a good spa, Mr Ramzi was very helpful. Beautiful private beach, seemed to be accessible all the time.
