Hotel Rudolf

Very nice hotel with personal charme, not too big to really feel welcome. Great food and varied weekly program with events, theme buffets (see pictures from the Aperitif buffet) and acts. Very effective hotel shuttle brings you to the Kronplatz 1/2/2000 cable cars - thus to one of the nicest skiing resorts - virtually without any delay. Rooms and hotel infrastructure well suited to do business/calls/workshops. Definitely the place to recommend in Bruneck/Reischach!

I stayed at Hotel Rudolf for four nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Although it’s a four-star hotel, it truly feels special because it’s family-owned and family-run — you can sense the warmth and care in every detail. The staff all work seamlessly together and treat guests like family. The facilities are outstanding: six different saunas, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, plus indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel feels calm and quiet — perfect for relaxing. The food was extraordinary. I had full board and every meal was both delicious and healthy, with vegetarian options always available. What impressed me most was that in four days, the menu never repeated itself. Each day, the hotel organises an excursion led by their in-house guide, who is very experienced. From breakfast at Lake Braies to hiking the Three Peaks to an e-bike tour, everything was well organised and stress-free. A special shout-out to Michele and Kurt. I had a tyre puncture upon arrival, and they took care of everything with the car rental and insurance companies. What could have cost me hours of stress was resolved while I enjoyed my stay — a huge relief. Their kindness really stood out. Finally, the hotel owner adds a very personal touch. She greets guests at dinner every evening, and when we left, she gave us each a handmade jar of jam — such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to remember the stay. This hotel is not just about facilities; it’s about people who genuinely care. I would recommend Hotel Rudolf to anyone visiting the Dolomites — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

My family and l have just finished 6 day vacation in this hotel together with two other families. This was our first time in Rudolf. We were very happy with their sevice and will definitely return. Many other people that we met there have been coming to Rudolf for years and we now understand why. Excellent place

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The spa area is fantastic! It was no problem to prepare vegan food on request – which was excellent as well. I can highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is very comfortable and elegant. The room was fitting perfectly all our needs. We ate very well at the restaurant and the staff was always very helpful even with our very young daughter. We loved the activities organised with a local guide and the bike service. Overall a wonderful holiday!
