Absolutely lovely property with a beautifully manicured garden. The breakfast was excellent, and Ecco restaurant did a fantastic job hosting our birthday celebration. Everything about the place feels impeccable. I especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The only small drawback is that there’s no direct lake access, but aside from that, everything was truly outstanding.

Stayed with the whole family for more than a week. Had an excellent vacation thanks to remarkable service, the rooms and hotel were very clean, the staff was very attentive and the food was really great, both in the bar, the hide and seek restaurant and the fine dining restaurant ecco. We celebrated my wife’s 40’s birthday and the staff arranged it perfectly. Many thanks, hope to visit again. P.S: the mattresses in the rooms fixed my back - which model Is it? Would love to purchase it for my self

My family ended our nearly three week European vacation here near this beautiful lake in Southern Switzerland. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, everything from the excellent boutique service, fantastic restaurants including an incredible breakfast buffet (many healthy options), a large kids club area, the pools, the proximity to Lake Maggiore. They have a great selection of bikes to ride to the lake, which we couldn't be more impressed with the activity and beauty of the lake. And the housekeeping service was very kind and attentive, each day preparing the second bed for us morning and night. Wonderful stay!

Overpriced & understaffed. Waited for drinks at the bar had to ask for manager. Went for dinner waited 20 minutes to get a wine list and a menu. Waited 1hr 10mins for main course. Room not worth the money, food not worth the money. Not enough staff, not attentive enough for this price point. All the fine decor and furniture can’t make up for lazy staff. Food average. Bathroom has very odd window into bedroom with a curtain. Also toilet in bathroom separated by glass screen. Whole thing is too complicated and not very good. Location is meh, two turns down a residential street and into the hotel. No view at all just a garden. Honestly we stayed at a hotel for less than half the price last night with a much better view, amazing spa and pool, good food, and less than 45 mins drive. I don’t know why people would pay £800 a night here.

Our stay was exceptional in every way. The hospitality was flawless — warm, attentive, and always respectful. We felt genuinely welcomed, and it was a pleasure to see that our dog was also kindly accepted and treated with care. The highlight of our experience was without a doubt the food. We had the chance to try both Ecco and The Hide, and each offered a unique experience: • Ecco impressed us with its elegant, modern cuisine. The dishes were refined, well-balanced, and beautifully presented — perfect for a relaxed yet high-quality dinner. • The Hide, on the other hand, took us on a true gastronomic journey. Each course was a symphony of flavors, meticulously crafted and harmoniously paired. A creative, bold, and unforgettable dining experience. The level of precision and artistry in every bite was simply remarkable. This hotel masters the art of hospitality and fine dining. A rare combination that makes it worth coming back to. Highly recommended.
