The worst hotel, the bathroom in terrible condition, the shower narrow and dirty, the room very small, the sheets torn, the towels dirty, the breakfast too basic, without protein, only sweet bread. And the attitude and service of the staff is very bad. I recommend not to go to this hotel so you won’t regret it.

Npt even close to a bus stop, it’s 30€ to the nearest train station and the taxi driver which was called by the receptionist starts the ride from 16€. Poor isolation which means you can wake up with the flush and the shower of the next room. The middle-aged blonde lady working in the breakfast hall yells at people in Italian and force them to bring the empty plates into her desk. The only positive thing of the hotel is the receptionist lady with eyeglasses. All in all, Jolly Tour has to stop using the outdated hotels like this.

Do not stay here. Staff are overly rude. Food is horrible. Beds are so uncomfortable I was in physical pain upon waking up every morning. Woke up to the sound of construction every day. Gym out of order. To top it off they constantly harassed my travel partner for her passport and room number every time she walked into the hotel without me (she’s Nigerian) They never bothered me! Wonder why? In short stay away from this place.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, it is not even a one star hotel. first the breakfast is horrible they only have some sweets, bread, ham and cheese, now if you want to eat an egg you pay an extra €2.50 you cannot serve yourself but there is a queue where only a waiter helps you choose what you want , serves the coffees and cleans the tables, all this very slowly. the horrible bathroom the shower very yellow what should be white, hot water almost never there. another thing the laundry service, when I arrived at the hotel I put my dirty clothes in the laundry bag and they did not wash them, I made a mistake of not putting my name and room number, second day nothing my mistake again for not informing the reception, On the third day, I kept my clothes unwashed. I went back to the reception and they told me that they don't have a laundry service in the hotel and that the bags are just something decorative. It is my worst experience staying in a 4 star hotel. in short bad food, bad bathroom, no laundry and bad service from the reception

The rooms are small but functional. The walls do seem to be very thin. You can hear showers and conversations from nearby rooms. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom shower in my room has a curtain that goes about halfway around it. The receptionist said there was nothing they could do about the shower. There is no way to use it without soaking half of the bathroom. On the plus side, because I'm on the ground floor the wifi actually works in my room. If you're on the second or third floor it doesn't work . The food has not been great. Apparently because we're traveling with a group they won't let us eat from the breakfast buffet or get lattes/cappuccinos like the rest of the hotel has access to. We are being fed in a side room and given attitude anytime we ask for anything (like serving utensils for the cold eggs). I would recommend finding a better hotel for you stay here.
