Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa

Our stay at the Hilton Mauritius was excellent. The hotel features stunning premises, with lush green gardens and spectacular swimming pools. Everything was impeccably clean and hygienic throughout our stay, and both housekeeping and room service were efficient and professional. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the significant improvement in the buffet breakfast this year at the Pomme d’Amour restaurant. The variety was outstanding, particularly with an excellent selection of fresh fruits, salads, seeds, nuts, cheese and dried fruits. It was truly an exceptional breakfast buffet and one of the best we have experienced at a five-star hotel in Mauritius. The hotel was also very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed assistance, whether with bed arrangements or minor room matters, all of which were handled promptly. One area with strong potential for further enhancement is the buffet dinner, particularly in terms of quality and culinary sophistication. Elevating the seafood selection with options such as oysters and sashimi would bring it to the same exceptional standard as the breakfast. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, including the thoughtful gesture of offering bottled water on our departure day. Overall, a very satisfying and memorable stay, and one we look forward to returning next year.

The best holiday experience! After 10 heavenly nights of top-quality care, attention & service, me and my friends leave this beautiful island with only positives that stem from the Hilton itself. Expect graceful greetings, luxury accommodation, stunning views, blissful evenings & top class service & hospitality. A special mention to Sahil, a young waiter at the hotel restaurant service, who was impeccable with his attentiveness, mannerisms & professionalism; all while maintaining a smile on his face. Also, if you love animals, the hotel hosts an array of wildlife including many species of birds & lizards as well as a few beautiful cats who deserve all the love & snacks they receive. Couldn't recommend the hotel more and will happily book again in the future when we return!

Reluctantly checking out from the Hilton and it has by far exceeded my expectations. The staff are super friendly and always accommodating. A huge variety of food is available from its four on site restaurants. Lots of activities to do (free as well). Snorkeling in the lagoon was top tier. Room were always left sparkling after room service. Cannot really fault anything. A huge shout out to Sahil who made breakfast/dinner amazing with his exceptional service. He is a huge asset to the hotel. Will 100% be returning. The local wildlife is amazing, especially Amu the cat (we called her Lola) very polite and friendly! Always around at breakfast/dinner looking for attention and ofter found wondering the grounds during the day!

One of the best aspects of our stay at the hotel was the food provided for our daughter. From day one, Chef Guillaume made special arrangements to prepare meals tailored specifically to her preferences for our entire stay. Her vegetables were cooked exactly the way she likes them, along with other suitable dishes. This made a huge difference for us—when traveling with a toddler, it’s such a relief not to rely solely on pasta or pizza. All the hotel staff were wonderful. In particular, Kapeel at the bar stood out for his pleasant conversations and excellent recommendations. A special mention goes to James, the outlet manager. He and his team went above and beyond with their attentiveness, consistently delivering exceptional service and genuine kindness. They always made dishes we love. They truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home while providing outstanding hospitality. Kids club staff very kind and perfect with the their program for the kids. We stayed at Hilton resorts a lot, but this destination was one of the best.

This gem of a Hilton Resort awaits you with a warm welcome from the reception, concierge and guest relations desk. The first impression is the most important one. I had a wonderful sea view room, the interior was modern and the room was spotless clean. The facilities were wonderful, lots of space to lay down in the tropical garden and beach areas, the beach was bright and nice, the adults-only pool area lovely and quiet. I also like to mention the Spa which is a wonderful place to relax. The massage was fantastic. The resort felt like a family to me. You feel the spirit and the wonderful team work, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. Thanks to everybody who made my stay in paradise memorable and thanks to the wonderful General Manager Lady: Eva, who takes good care of every single guest. A special thank you to Suhailah, serving me gin and tonic in the smartest apron I have ever spotted. Vicky for serving a lovely bottle of 2023 Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc on christmas eve, Cunden who took care, received the best quality breakfast so I always had a great start into my day. Gucci from the pool bar who made sure I didn't run out of sparkling water. Thank you for hosting me during the Christmas time. I will definitely visit again in if my travels brings me to Mauritius🌴
