Dennoch ist es nah genug, um in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum anzukommen. Eugen was truly exceptional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, always with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. His support made a huge difference to our experience, and if I were to return to this hotel, Eugen would be one of the main reasons. An outstanding team member and a real asset to the hotel.

Overall, the hotel has very good potential. The facilities are fine. The rooms are good and the spa is excellent. Problems: 1. We got the room at 4:30 PM. 2. The room did not have separate beds as we requested. 3. The dinner was very low quality. There is no selection and the taste of the dishes is really bad (the dishes look excellent but not tasty). 4. The reception staff were unprofessional and every request was not answered properly for a five-star hotel. 5. The shuttles to the ski resort are not operated at the advertised hours. To return to the hotel on two different occasions I had to wait more than 40 minutes and only after calling twice did the car arrive. Beyond that, the ski room is tidy and comfortable. The bar is fine. The breakfasts are good and rich. In conclusion: This is my fourth time in Kitzbühel and the level in restrictive hotels was better.

Stayed 4 nights during Christmas 2024/2025
Traveled as a family of 4. 2 adults, Teen and child. We stayed in a renovated family suite, 1/2 board.
We travel a lot and this was one of our top travel experiences ever. We were blessed with fresh snow (they got hit by a huge snow storm 2 days before our arrival). From the room to the food to the spa and the proximity to skiing and Kitz. We couldnt have asked for anything more.
The kids club was fantastic with their nightly activities, slide and play area.
There are 2 pool areas- the new family one (with dry sauna). This one was too cold for us. The large spa pool which is swim in and out. There is complentary Teas and Snacks in the evening (apples, mixed nuts) The non-texiles spa area included 4 dry saunas (various levels of heat) 2-3 steam rooms, showers and a little snow bucket where you can grab some snow to cool down.
They have massage rooms but we didnt use them.
A huge buffet breakfast with at least 10 different juice options (detox, lemon ginger, orange juice etc), waffles/ frech toast for kids and a large variety of breads, croissants and local butter, jam options. Egg dishes, made to order. They have their own honey too! The honey is actually from their own hives. 3 course dinners were fantastic. The kids options typical- fries, burger, pizza. Our child ended up eating off the adult menu.
Ski locker area was new with heated boot and glove holders and underground parking was included.
Note: travel to hills can be a pain during ski season. Luckily we weren't rushing to get out of the door to ski so we never experienced shuttle wait issues in the mornings. In the afternoons, the shuttles can be an issue.
The mountain is huge. There is a bus route that can get you to main pickup spots too.
If you have a car and looking to do family ski or the Hahnenkamm, there is parking by the Hornbahn 1 lift. Its on Ashbachweg.
Also if its your first time here, be aware that the lifts close around 430pm.
We were so sad to leave but hope to be back soon.

Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below any acceptable standard.
The level of organization is simply unacceptable. Every department appears to function in isolation, with no sense of coordination or professionalism. Queues at reception lasting 40 minutes seem to be the norm, which is astonishing for a property that claims to offer quality service.
Even more disturbing was the discriminatory treatment of guests that we personally encountered. Being treated unequally is not just poor service — it is completely inappropriate and has no place in the hospitality industry.
There is a clear absence of any customer-focused mindset. Instead of taking responsibility and solving problems, staff members offer empty responses and leave guests feeling ignored and powerless.
The check-in experience perfectly summarizes the overall attitude. We were repeatedly given incorrect and misleading information about when our room would be ready. We organized our day around these assurances, only to discover that they meant nothing. Hours were wasted waiting, plans had to be changed again and again, and we were left in constant uncertainty. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a serious failure to respect guests’ time.
Overall, this hotel demonstrates a complete disregard for its guests and a worrying lack of basic professional standards.
Until major changes are made in management, staff training, and service culture, I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.
A special thank you to Max and Eugen – they were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge impression on us. They truly made us feel welcome and special.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and it was clear that the staff really cares about their guests. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing – a perfect place for a memorable holiday.
