Galgorm Resort & Spa

Excellent spa. Best I have been to! There is a lot of jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas etc available. All the pool water is more than warm. The food in the hotel is a solid 8/10. Room was clean and tidy!

Home from my second visit to the Galgorm, had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. The thermal village is outstanding and there are plenty of saunas, thermal pools etc. I would recommend booking a treatment, I received a facial and my skin feels absolutely amazing. We stayed in a cottage and there were plenty of facilities, very cosy and the bed was super comfy. Staff very nice and welcoming. The only negative would be that food and drink are very expensive for what you get. Other than that I look forward to returning, thank you for a lovely stay!

Booked in for the Nightfall experience recently using vouchers that I got through an offer back in October. The whole experience was good apart from the booking. The 2 course meal in Gillies was nice. Service was good. The cocktails at the Palm house were well made, however you are limited to a choice of three from the menu. The Thermal village was great too. The booking nearly put me off going. When you have those special vouchers to use, you can't just redeem them over the phone. They have be presented to the hotel in person when booking or settling your bill. I wanted to pay for the whole experience with vouchers and as they require a 30% booking deposit, I had to travel to the hotel to book the Nightfall experience in advance. Luckily I live pretty close by, but this is an issue that needs sorted out going forward. A 5 star hotel should be able to work around problems like this for their customers.

Hotel, Spa, food and location is amazing but the service is absolutely shocking!!! We did arrive to a lovely welcome gift in our room which was a lovely touch but it went a bit downhill. Our drinks were forgotten on three different occasions and when they did arrive it took over a half hour!! For the price and the fact its a five star experience the service should be on point. I was also told off in the spa for using a stanely cup.. no signs to say you cant and I saw plenty of other guests with their own the past couple of days so thats why I brought mine down today. It made me feel umcomfortable so we just left and had drinks in our room until dinner. On our last morning we didnt go for breafast as we were going to Belfast to check out some foodie spots. We requested fresh milk as per the sign in our room. No milk arrived so we left without a tea or coffee. We said good morning to one of the cleaners on our floor and that was met with a death stare!! Most of the staff are so lovely. I hate leaving a bad review but I have to be honest. Arrived here on a high buzzing for my honeymoon but my experince has left a lot to be desired. So dissapointed 😭😭💔

It was the perfect blend of indulgence and tranquility. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with those extra touches that make a trip feel special. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. Meals were another standout. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and dining on-site felt like an occasion in itself, with superb food and impeccable service. Overall, the Galgorm exceeded every expectation. It’s the ideal destination for a romantic getaway, a relaxing spa retreat, or simply a much-needed reset from everyday life. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our next visit. Absolutely outstanding.
