A wonderful hotel in a great location, excellent food, truly a culinary experience, peace and quiet, a room with a view of the surroundings and the organic garden... The hotel staff are pleasant, kind, always smiling, and happy to fulfill anything you might wish for! I definitely recommend it!!!

We have stayed before in the Falkensteiner Hotel chain and were satisfied. The service in this hotel is below average, although in the beginning I was happy because my bedding requests were satisfied. Until, I realized that the receptionists/concierge do not speak English at an acceptable level. This is the first time I come across a situation like that in a 5 star hotel. Anyway, it is a minor problem. The real one is with the housekeepers that never show up even if you leave « please clean my room » on the door.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the hotel provided the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge. The restaurant is outstanding, with every meal offering a new culinary surprise. The kitchen staff and restaurant team, especially at the show kitchen, are approachable, cheerful, and incredibly friendly. The spa center is top-notch: the saunas and pools are impeccably clean and well-maintained, and thoughtful details like infused water, fresh towels, and a variety of teas make the experience even more enjoyable. We would especially like to highlight Petar from the spa center, whose treatments in the saunas made our stay truly unforgettable. The gym was another highlight of our stay, and we noticed it has been further improved since our last visit. The equipment is excellent, and the treadmill was perfect for a great workout. We truly enjoyed spending time there. The garden surrounding the hotel is a true paradise, like something out of a fairytale, and the perfect spot to relax between sauna and pool sessions. The landscaping is enchanting, and every corner exudes peace and beauty. The rooms are excellently designed, clean, and comfortable, providing all the comfort a guest could wish for. The reception staff are helpful, warm, and ready to answer any question with a smile. Overall, this was a magical combination of top-notch service, beautiful ambiance, and luxurious relaxation that we would definitely recommend!

If you want a five-star experience, you are not looking for this hotel. Five stars would be more like a very strong three stars, maybe a weak four. The breakfast was plentiful, the so-called light lunch, I would rather say weak, the dinner was excellent, but the quality of the food did not reach five stars. I would like to highlight the staff, they were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the mold at the bottom of the windows didn't show so well. The equipment, the furniture, the floor are old. It seems that they are not really trying to maintain the five-star standard that this hotel once had. The wellness department was fine. Overall, we had a great time, but we are not sure we would choose this hotel again. It just not worth it for the price.

It was such amazing get away for us as a group of friends. From the beginning to the end the staff was very helpful and nice. The culinary experience was delicate, especially the five course dinner with many options. The views of the greenery from the hotel just so relaxing. Spa is big and the pool is very warm. Thank you.
