Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech

We were four people and took a 2 bedroom villa. The Villa is beautiful and very comfortable The private backyard and pool really made it a first class experience. Every person on the resort staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The food throughout the resort is as good a one gets in New York. Our Villa was far from the main building but we called for a Wagon anytime we needed it and they were fast and efficient. We did the BBQ feast in our villa backyard under a gazebo and it was so much fun. Private chef and server rounded out the experience. Now just a few minor points. We had a few minor issues with the Villa like a light not working and a few others to minor to mention. The staff responded immediately to the really minor issues. One point about the restaurants - especially lunch - none of the lunch restaurants had sandwiches - you had go to the golf club. For anyone just wanting a light lunch like that you would have to get a ride to the golf club. Overall a great experience and we are planning to return.

Absolutely fantastic family getaway. I don’t normally write reviews but the overall experience and the wonderful staff truly deserve a review. The pottery workshop by our master Amine was a perfect first experience of pottery with two young kids - he really took care of everyone and made sure the kids and even parents had a great time. He was amazing! Good soundtrack included ! And the Spa experience was absolute 5 stars with the best hammam treatment by Hafhida and all our bookings managed by the lovely Saloua at reception. She really made it work for my husband and I around our kids schedules. The food was fantastic in all restaurants and pool warm enough for a great winter sun escape. I can’t wait to come back soon!
