We loved our time here! From the moment we walked into the hotel till we left, we felt welcomed and provided with the best service. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views of the ocean are incredible. Our room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and provides many options. We had dinner at both restaurants, and both were delicious. Our dinner at the Dalmar was especially exceptional. The spa is great, and I myself had a very relaxing facial. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fairmont La Hacienda is a world class resort hotel. The lobby, restaurants and their rooms are very welcoming, spacious and elegant. The spa has a calming atmosphere and their facilities are very much up to date esp to those who loves the water circuit. This property has an amazing staff! These colleagues are very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. I contacted the hotel for our stay through email, both the concierge and front desk are very responsive and flexible. I wanted to recognize and commend Rachid, Alvaro, Ana, Pinky and all the colleagues from the Faro restaurant as well as those in the front and back of the house because you made our stay in Spain unforgettable, relaxing and enjoyable!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and I will definitely visit again :)) The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The view was breathtaking, and both the room and the cleanliness were excellent. They took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the architecture was beautiful. We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing hotel on December 16 and 17. From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel lobby is stunning with a spectacular feature window making the most of the fabulous views of the golf course and sea. The check-in by Juancho was seamless with the professionalism and warm welcome you’d expect from a Fairmont. Juancho realised it was my husband’s 60th birthday and he spoke to the manager , Miguel, and they very kindly upgraded us to a beautifully fitted out Sunrise Suite with a balcony overlooking the sea. Like the rest of the hotel, the rooms are luxurious and elegant calming spaces. The bathroom was also stunning with free standing bath and separate shower. The hotel spa was beautiful with pool and large thermal area as well as treatment rooms. Lovely staff there too and again wonderfully fitted out. As it was December, the outside pool and bar area was closed but we will definitely be back next summer to try them out! We actually booked this hotel to play the adjoining golf course, Hacienda Links. A real treat to play with stunning views and a courtesy shuttle from the hotel was a great touch. Great staff, great food, great hotel ..we loved it and will be back!

¡Hola! My two children and I recently stayed at La Hacienda Fairmont, and we had a wonderful experience. The facilities are absolutely fantastic, beautifully designed, spotless, and truly inviting. The service was exceptional, especially from the concierge, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Since the hotel wasn’t running at full capacity due to the off-season, he helped us find great alternatives for the kids, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and served with genuinely kind service. We loved our time here and will definitely be back...perhaps during a slightly warmer season so we can fully enjoy the beach and the pools, which were a bit chilly this time. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We look forward to returning!
