The gym really left a positive impression on me. From the very first visit, I felt a friendly atmosphere. The staff is always ready to help and support, which makes training more comfortable and enjoyable. The equipment in the gym is modern and diverse, allowing for a wide range of workouts, from cardio to strength training. The spacious rooms, cleanliness, and order create an excellent environment for training. I would especially like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff member, Simo, who is always ready to provide advice and share his experience with a smile. This is highly motivating and inspiring for new achievements. Overall, the gym has become more than just a place for me to train, but a true second home where I feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality training in a friendly environment!

We stayed here in December. A lovely experience. The staff were friendly, lovely rooms, food options were great. I lost my phone and the staff were extremely helpful in locating it especially Dinesh who went above and beyond to locate it(it had ended up in laundry). The staff at the beach, security guard, restaurant were all were very helpful and empathetic. Would highly recommend this hotel

This stay at Fairmont Ajman once again confirmed why it remains a favorite destination for us, delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality and genuine care. From arrival to departure, the experience felt warm, attentive, and deeply personal. Service and Hospitality Mr Ossama and his front desk and guest relations team are exceptional and truly set the tone for the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the team consistently demonstrated professionalism and empathy. During our stay, I became unwell very sick, and the way the staff handled the situation was remarkable. They took excellent care of me, arranged a doctor promptly, and ensured I received the necessary treatment, while also checking in regularly and offering thoughtful support. Their kindness went well beyond expectations and made a difficult moment much easier. Dining Experience The dining options remain a highlight of the hotel. Both the Italian and Turkish restaurants are fantastic, offering delicious food, authentic flavors, and attentive service. Each meal felt carefully prepared and enjoyable, reinforcing the overall quality of the Fairmont experience. Overall Impression This was not our first stay at Fairmont Ajman, (we return every year in January) and it will definitely not be our last. The combination of outstanding service, excellent restaurants, and genuine care for guests creates a level of trust and comfort that keeps us coming back. Fairmont Ajman continues to deliver an experience that feels both refined and heartfelt, making it a hotel we confidently recommend and look forward to revisiting.

Our penthouse stay with the whole family was truly a superb and memorable experience.
