First contact with the reception was a call because we had arrived a bit earlier than the checkin time and we asked them about the parking. The staff checked the place and tomd us where to park, so our problem was solved. Pro tips you can fast parking 15min in front of the hotel but the real parking is in the back of the hotel. The room is really big (deluxe room) with a cooking area, a big bathroom, a great shower and a bath. What can I ask for better experience? Having a real queen bed with one matrass and no 2 matrasses bind together. My wish came true. Its a really good hotel, the facilities are really great. Check the pics for the buffet and the sport area!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I would rate it more or less 3.5 Star, it gives me the doubt it is not entirely 4 but it is more than a 3. Staff is very kind and helpfull. I stayed at a room which you had to take 2 elevators for, after a few minutes I know the long way but no big deal. I had the deluxe double room, the size of the room was very good you could move around with plenty of space. The room overal was good, nice bathroom, king size bed, good tv, fridge... Although the room was a little bit smelly as it was an older room it did smell. I tried to open windows for some fresh air but this was not possible so had to stay in the smelly room. The mattress of the bed seemed also pretty old I could feel the springs from the mattress. The room was also pretty dark at one side as there were no good lights in the room. I had a room with breakfast, but this dissapointed me a but. Every day exactly the same and not that much of a choice. The location was great, perfect in the center of Malmo with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend the Bisschop arms restaurant at the hotel Would I recommend the hotel? If you like an older hotel with all needed basics and maybe bit more yes! If you prefer a fancy new modern hotel with a royal breakfast no.

Nice hotel in the city center. Nothing was missing, and everything was clean and tidy. There was a delicious breakfast and access to a gym.

This is my third time at this hotel, but unfortunately it was the worst compared to the previous ones. I booked the Deluxe room, which is more expensive, but it was actually smaller than the standard one. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean at all. Other than that, everything else was fine.”

The hotel location is great, very close to main shops, restaurants and a number of transport links. There are bus stops right outside the hotel and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very welcoming throughout my stay. The room was ok but felt dated and could have been cleaner. Some of the pillow covers had stains and the duvet, which was hanging out the bottom of the sheet, was discoloured and old. There was no light in the main part of the room above the bed so it was very dark and gloomy in the evenings.
